"I ordered a DIVA MP3 Player in this Online-Shop because I read the nice comments on this site here, and because it was about 20$ cheaper than here in Germany (even with the (really cheap) 16$ for international shipping).
But i regret it now !
Two weeks after my order I haven´t heard anything from them. I wrote the first mail, asking whats going on. They didn´t answer. So I wrote again and they told me, that they are waitung for new stock.... so why didn´t they tell me bevore?
Ok: next Tuesday they promised to ship it. On Monday (one week over again) after that I mailed the third time, really angry.
Just one day later I got the FedEx mail. Allright. It´s on it´s way.
But when the FedEx guy was on my door today it wasn´t such a cool moment as I aspected it: he wanted 20$ for taxes (my stupidity to forget about that) AND shipping !!
So in the end it was the same price as here and took nearly a MONTH !
Even if it REALLY was the fault of the producer company not to deliver the stock in time, it would have been nice to get this information from mydigitaldiscount.com immediately and not after 3 weeks and 2 mails !
my fazit: The service is bad, the hardware is alright and the prices are too.

you didn´t get the point: i didn´t say it´s yor fault, just that i would have expect you to inform you customers. AND i didn´t blame you for the taxes !
so you say, you send a bulk-mail to all customers.... and i SOMEHOW didn´t get it. PERHAPS. allright. but i just said, what i experienced with you and i didn´t get an email."

and a card reader on Sunday 01/05/03, order did not ship until 01/09/03, although it is said "normally ship within 48 hours". Got the order next day.
Price is good. Products received in good condition. Overall, I am a satisfied customer.
EDIT: In reply to the seller's comments, I am not total satisfied because:
1. You didn't ship it on time;
2. You didn't ship it using FedEx overnight to make up the time lost as you claimed, instead, you shipped FedEx Saver Letter, which would normally take 3 days. I would have to wait until Wendesday
had FedEx taken the typical time to ship it."

My jaw dropped on how fantastic their service has been. I got a 1Gb IBM Microdrive for an amazing price, the delivery was like lightning and I live in the UK. FedEx tracking number was very reassuring (interesting to see the journey it took).
I probably saved about $240 compared to the Englsih price!

Order was placed on the 24th and after a credit card confirmation (and a weekend) it was shipped on the 30th.My order was a Transcend Compact Flash Card 256mb 45x and a NB-1LH Cannon battery for my camera. Order was ok except that i was driven to the conclusion that the battery was Canon branded and it was not. It was a "no name" battery but it was 950 mAH insted of the 840 mAH the original Canon battery has. Anyway I am pleased with Matt this time. Greetings from Greece !
