"I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by the NCIX site. I bought several times on their website, and every time I had a very high quality service. On my last purchase, I unfortunately came across a product that does not work, so I had to do with Erick Chmara that makes all process for the replacement of my product. This was very fast and in good mood. A big thank you to him for the excellent service I received. I recommend everyone buying your Electronic products on this site. "I could not be more satisfied. First I got excellent suggestions for my needs. A few emails later, I was settled with my computer configuration, thanks to Anthony. He helped my buy a computer within my budget. Than Cedric took over and helped me with the billing process, took care of every rebates available from parts manufacturers. And then, seriously, I don't know how the technicians did this, but the next thing I knew, the Purolator man was at my door, and I was not expecting the computer, fully assembled, before another week or so. Great price, excellent service, fast shipping across Canada. Fully satisfied. Highly recommended."

"Leadthaniel, has provided the best customer service I ever had. He goes above and beyond of what I asked. I had many problems with my orders and he would give me answers that were straight to the point and clear. Also I was really unhappy about NCIX's in-store customer service. Some of the worst customer service I ever had but Leadthaniel made everything work out in the end. If I ever owned a business I would have Leadthaniel be the lead customer service representative and have him train others, especially the in-store sales associates."

"Hi just got my new pc build by NCIX and so far got really nothing bad to say about it. Took a week to build and ship, 3 or 4 day to get to me by Canada Post, nothing broken or scratch really happy with that. Pretty clean build . Recommended Keep doing good work NCIX.

"A reseller's service is not only determined by the quality of products they offer, how accurate they're ads, competitive prices, and/or how fast they ship. Tis also to consider how they take action if there's issues or dissatisfaction from a purchase.

NCIX has proven they're high quality standards in terms of RMAs. As long as the customer has done everything in the proper manner and followed steps correctly, they deliver a prompt action and resolutions on an order that has an issue.

"I had an initial (poor) review as it was the first impression I got when I contacted their customer care. I had emailed them to express my concerns with my order as there was stock issues on their site. The email was not handled well.

Surprisingly, I was contacted by another representative(Christopher) there which had gracefully corrected the issue.

Thus far, the service is right up there, as long as the correct people are handling it.

"I purchased a power supply with $20 mail in rebate at NCIX Canada. The manufacturer refused to honour the rebate citing the offer is for US residents only. I tried to negotiate with the manufacturer rebate department to no avail. After contacting NCIX customer service, a gentlemen by the name of Christopher K. resolved my dispute and got me my rebate. He accomplished this feat in a friendly, professional and timely manner. All I can say is great customer service and thank you."

"I purchased two Ducky 3 keyboards from this online retailer. I thought my keyboards' lights were broken and I was very upset because they're both for a birthday present. I got an RMA for one and on the second one I requested an RMA as well. However, instead of an RMA, what I received was a response from Erick Chmara, a technical support specialist for the company. He guided me to turn on the lights, and low and behold, it worked! I have no clue and no interest in keyboards, so it was initially frustrating to me that the keyboards "didn't work." However, once I figured out that I could turn the lights on (stupid me) and that the keyboards were not broken, all was well. So thank you, Mr. Chmara, for helping a confused girl figure out keyboard lighting. You are the amazing."
