"Hi!

A quick word to tell that ive received a REALLY GREAT service with NCIX. I had a defect monitor and ive been helped with one of the best rep ive ever dealed with: Erick Chmara. He answered my mails almost at the second, he took the time with me and explained everything to me in details(since english isnt my main language) and he offered me great options that will make me love NCIX even more in the futur. Im really satisfied and huge thanks to him!!!

"I ordered a pair of Ultimate Ears 4000 headphones one morning and I was listening to them the next day before lunch. Super fast shipping, and the product arrived in excellent condition. The ordering process was easy and I would not hesitate to use NCIX for future electronic purchases."

"We used to order all the individual components (from NCIX) and put it together ourselves, but for $50 they can have that honor! The system is fast, no driver issues and a great build. This was kind of a trial run, to see what happened if we left the build to someone else, and it worked really well so will be doing this again"

"After I placed my order the processing stage passed instantaneously, and the order was already being packed ready to be shipped -- this has occurred every time I ordered from NetLink Computers(NCIX).

After the shipment was processed to be to shipped, the physical package was not received by the courier until two days later. I expected Friday March 07, 2014 but instead it arrived on the 10th( After the weekend :( ) -- which is the courier's fault really.

Their service is outstanding, I just wish their site would say `Ready to be picked up by courier' rather then `Fully Shipped'.

Other then that the service is outstanding, and I would highly recommend them.

"Very reliable and serious supplier. Very good selection, good quality, good policies. Customer friendly. They even have Premier Partner program which lets me buy from them at a discount and resell. They ship very fast.

"NCIX will continue to run into customers complaints until it fixes it's stock display. The list of warehouses on a product page are simply NCIX's suppliers. The warehouses may have 50 in stock, but NCIX may have none. You will have to wait for NCIX's suppliers to ship it to NCIX, and then to you. Or NCIX may send from their warehouse in Canada where customs will slow your shipment down by 3-4 days.

If I was like NCIX, I would say that I own a Ferrari, but it's at the dealership and I haven't paid for it yet.

"I don’t normally write reviews on my shopping experiences online, but the absolutely amazing experience I had recently, with NCIX, warrants it. Back in December 2013, I ordered a number of computer components from the company for a new build I had. Unfortunately, two of the components – a PSU and MOBO were DOA. At the time I didn’t have all my parts to test everything, as a result I couldn’t diagnose and report the issues to NCIX immediately. I actually didn’t get a chance to test everything until the last few days of the 30 day warranty RMA period that NCIX offered. When I figured out what was wrong, the store RMA period had already expired and I was SOL… Or so I thought. The store policy was very clear and I knew that anything that NCIX would do after that would be above and beyond what they are normally required to do. However, it was a no-brainer for me to send them a RMA ticket to see if they could provide any help because I’d be left with $500 worth of DOA items. I explained my situation to the kind folks in the tech support department (shout out to Ryuji and Daniel), and both were understanding of my situation. They were thorough in gathering information, as they should, and went as far as to ask their managers to see if they could do anything for me under my circumstances without me even having to ask them. That to me shows that they genuinely care. Sure enough, they came through and were able to process both my RMA’s even after the deadline had passed. They did say it was a one time exception, so I totally don’t expect them to do that the next time it happens, but it really goes to show that NCIX offers superb customer service and in general is delightful to deal with. THANK YOU Daniel and Ryuji!!!

I would highly recommend NCIX to anyone. They price their products competitively and have a fantastic customer service team!

"Great Personal Service - I needed a replacement headphone jack assembly for my computer. I called the case manufacturer and they wouldn't send the assembly to Canada so I call NCIX. NCIX found me the part on a damaged case they had in storage. NCIX said I could have the assembly for free and then they paid for the shipping! They went out of their way for me and didn't charge me a dime. Service plus in my books."

"Don't understand the low rating on here. I've had problems with individual parts but their customer service has always helped me troubleshoot or do an RMA promptly. No problems with pricing, or shipping, or any of the shady stuff that others on here seem to be reporting. I have purchased two cutting edge PCs from NCIX over the course of several years, as well as upgrades and accessories, and I have never had a problem with the store, the quality of packaging or the shipping process. They are, in my opinion, the best computer retailer in Canada, and their customer service response and professionalism has been excellent."
