"I've been buying from NCIX since 2006 and overall experience has always been very positive.
My last order (a PC case) was damaged during shipping. I immediately contacted NCIX Customer service by email and got an answer within a few hours. After sending pictures of the damaged shipping box and case, a new case was shipped within two days. I was regularly kept informed by the same person at NICX; this greatly facilitated follow up.
I highly recommended NCIX for their easy and efficient online shopping and great customer service.

"I have bought a NCIX computer over the phone last year. For the same configuration, most other stores were offering $1500 - $2000 more. Dell was $4000 more than what NCIX was offerings.
I was thrilled for the deal but then worried that at such good price would the computer be really built nicely and robustly?

10 days later, the computer came. I was very delighted. It looks awesome with that solid black tower case. Very robust looking. And it was soooo fast. Every click is only an instant moment. And even the boxes that came with the parts were all new and very nicely packed. All the tools, cables were arranged so neat inside the big box. That gave me a very good feel about the product that was set at a high standard. And it has been very reliable for almost a year.

Just recently, the CPU fan error popped out. I took the computer to the store and the technical guy there diagnosed the problem swiftly. Not only to honor the warranty term to give me the free replacement, but since the parts of the same model were out of stock, in order to save my time, they offered a much better and expensive part at no cost. This is another wonderful deal but only this time it is after the purchase. This is what customer service means. Not just they are very fast at responding the problems, but they really offer satisfaction for theirs customers.

I have already recommended NCIX to my friends. And I have no hesitation to recommend to anyone, especially for those who need an edge cutting expensive computer. Because NCIX will save you thousands of $$$ and offer you a peace of mind for using their products.

"Shipment was fast and correct. Four months later a HHD 'gave up the ghost' An RMA was quick in coming, with shipping paid for both ways , I was back up and running in three days.

"Great prices and average shipping time.
However RMA process is a pain. I ordered 2x4g sticks of ram and one was bad. I do not blame them for this, but I shipped it back to them 8/6/2013. At this time I am still waiting to get the replacement (it is 9/11/2013 today.)

Details:
First problem was that when they received the RMA they notified me that it was out of stock. At this point they gave me the options of waiting for it to be restocked or getting a refund and buy something else (with free shipping.)

During this time I notified them that my address had changed. They said that this was fine and that they would ship it to my new address.

(9/03/2013)After waiting for two weeks I asked what the progress was on the replacement (as I noticed that it said it was back in stock and on sale on the website days earlier.) They apologized for the delay and said it would be shipped out within the next 1 - 2 days.

I received a tracking email the next day. At this point I was just happy that I was getting my much needed memory.

(9/05/2013) I sent them a message to ask if they had the correct address. I figured I was just being paranoid, and they confirmed that it was shipped to my new address.

(9/11/2013) Still hadn't received my replacement so I decided to check the tracking information again. The UPS website said that my package was being shipped to the city of my old address. So I messaged them again to ask about the issue. Turns out that my package was in Madison and they had to send in for a redirect.

All in all the people that I have dealt with via my RMA ticket seemed friendly enough, and maybe this situation was a fluke. Regardless, taking over a month to RMA something because they (seemingly) forgot to send out my replacement when it came in, and then shipping it to the wrong address (even after conformation) just does not seem acceptable to me.

Update 09/12/2013: I found out today that UPS delivered the package to the wrong address last night. However I did receive a call from someone at the NCIX RMA department who apologized and did more to fix the problem than I could have hoped for! Honestly most companies would have just said "to bad." It has been a long journey getting this replaced, but I feel confident now that the guys in the RMA department have done everything in their power to make up for the mistakes and delays.

I give them four stars because although this has been a bit of a rough ride, I know that these guys did everything in their power to fix the problem. I honestly do not think that their competitors would have personally called and worked out a solution.

"I have been ordering components through NCIX for 5-6 years and the service has always been exceptional. I had to RMA a DOA PSU a few years ago, and they let me upgrade it at no cost. Shipping is always a breeze, and I expect my most recent order will probably arrive within the next day. I cannot recommend them enough to my friends and colleagues."

"I've been buying at NCIX since 2007. They have great prices, a lot of different paying options (CC, PayPal, Interac, etc.) and shipping options. For instance, I'll always select shipping with Canada Post as they drop it near my house. Other internet sellers don't give you a choice and will usually ship with UPS which has been more and more difficult to deal with (no retries, have to pick up my stuff at the other end of town, etc.).

Now that I think about it, this is actually one of the big reasons why I will choose NCIX over another site that would have a comparable price. It's also great to deal with a Canadian business.

Another thing is their customer service, which has always been great (upgrading shipping to help me resolve timing issues, etc.) I've just completed a replacement with Billy and they've been more than helpful. They handled my elastic concept of time very professionally.

I have to mention they asked me to give my opinion of them on this site. I didn't hesitate a second as I always recommend them to my less technically inclined friends and colleagues.

I find their site to be a bit behind the times but it's also part of what makes NCIX what it is.

"--UPDATE-24 SEP--After 3 weeks I have a replacement unit, that I just registered for 3 yr warranty on Netgear website. I appreciate Billy's help in resolving this issue. I took ONE star off because it took me almost three weeks to get my replacement unit, because shipping took 10 days UPS Ground.
--UPDATE-3 SEP--Tried to register one of my new NAS units over the week-end. Could not do it. Netgear sent message that already registered to another customer in 2012. So wont warranty unit. Contacted NCIX, for RMA. Was told I have to wait up to one week until they can get response from Netgear Distributer. Now. Im in LIMBO. Fun, Fun, Fun....
--30 AUG - Purchased some netgear NAS equipment. Netgear did not ship units with hard-drive screws. Netgear gave me the run around. Billy (tech support specialist with NCIX) took the time to help me work thru the issues with Netgear. He is a real rarity in this day and age. I will purchase again from NCIX.com mainly because of his proactive assistance. His positive/pro-active attitude makes a real difference. -Kevin

"On the 26th of August I order an Everki backpack and a brand new ASUS G750JH laptop. I picked the faster shipping for both, and despite a confusing email telling me that these two items were both back stocked (even though I had confirmed NCIX's inventory via online and through a representative), I did, in fact, find myself with both items three days after purchase! Aside from the error in the email, everything was great! My items arrived just as quick and exactly as they should have!"

"I have recently placed multiple orders for computer components with different corporations for various components based solely on price. One of the leading price war companies was NCIX. One of my orders was delayed for unknown reasons. A short email to NCIX customer service resolved the issue beyond my expectations. Not only did I receive a prompt reply, I received an HONEST answer, a refund on my shipping charges, and an immediate resolution to my issue. Needless to say, I was IMPRESSED by Richard W.of NCIX and I will no longer use price as my only deciding factor when it comes to purchases. "This was my first buy from NCIX and I think that every aspect about these guys are AWESOME.I had bought an MSI 7970. I live in a small Island called Fiji, and they shipped to this Islands which is amazing. From the website, to secure online transactions, Brilliant Customer service and response time, All and for all, its Reliability....I have not yet received my product as it was shipped today and will reach me in due time, BUT till now, only thing I have got is awesome service. I would like to thank the NCIX teams for such great service.
