"I recently had an extremely bad experience with NCIX. I have lost all respect for NCIX over this seemingly easy situation. I know I am not a big spender account holder, and its probably that reason why I got such a bad resolution.
I placed an order late on June 19th for a computer case. During the day I continued to monitor the order and noticed the transaction was being processed through verification. During NCIX processing they have check marks showing various checkpoints, now I specifically remember seeing a check for 'price verification'. Later in the day I received an email stating my order was cancelled due to a pricing error on the website. Now I understand things like this happen, but what really disappointed me and what really lost my faith in NCIX is how they resolved the situation. I was given a $10 off coupon. I really thought NCIX was an honorable company, I expected NCIX to step up to the plate and process my order. Instead they went and hid behind their ordering policy that states:
'NCIX.com reserves the right to accept, refuse, or limit your order for any reason'
Its a weak policy, and in my opinion shows how unreliable NCIX is. I am extremely disappointed by this situation, especially because I was getting ready upgrade my PC to the new Haswell system. I hope my trust in NCIX can be regained soon, as I really do wish to purchase from NCIX again and put this all behind me."

"I purchased a video card (MSI Radeon HD 6450 625MHZ 2GB 1.3GHZ GDDR3 DVI HDMI VGA PCI-E Video Card) from NCIX with a factory rebate from MSI. I went trough a hell of a time to actually get back the rebate. As MSI tried everything to fail by my part to fail. It took approximately 7 months to receive it with major help from NCIX, a lot from Irene Law and some from Christopher Kinsman."

"I recently ordered a BitFenix Prodigy Mini-ITX Computer Case from NCIX during a sale a few weeks ago. When I was re-examining the case to see if there was any damage that I missed out on before my RMA time was up, I noticed that one of the tabs that hold the top handle into place was cracked. I contacted NCIX to see if I could get some replacement handles and they responded pretty quickly.
The customer service rep I dealt with, a person named Billy, went above and beyond in helping me fix the issue, and the handles are now currently in transit at no extra cost to me. As for the damage, it was caused by the screw being screwed in too tightly, which is a manufacturing issue (a somewhat common one if I hear correctly), and not the fault of NCIX.
The only thing that annoys me slightly is that the package still requires a signature, which isn't a huge issue, but a hassle nonetheless, and I would prefer it if no signature was required."
