It arrived in a nice shipping box and was well protected and actually pretty big with healthy leaves on it!

"I was a bit concerned about the look of the 2 bare root Yoshino cherry trees when they arrived. My kids laughed when I planted them as they looked like bare "sticks". Now 2 years later they are flourishing. Amazing how they have taken off . They started to blossom some this spring but I suspect may take more time before they blossom fully. "

"I was a little bit afraid to place an order with Nature Hills due to quite a number of negative reviews. But i wanted specific plants that i couldn't find in local garden centers, so i took a risk. I ordered 3 plants: bare root purple lilac, trumpet vine and yellow daylily. All plants arrived fast and well packaged. I reside in NYC, from the date of order(beginning of may) within 10 days i received all 3 plants via fedex delivery. Lilac tree was supposed to be between 2-3 feet, it actually was 3.5 feet tree full of buds. After planting buds opened fast and tree is doing great so far. Daylily arrived in a quart container - very healthy. After planting, it already doubled in size and hopefully it will bloom soon. Trumpet wine arrived bare root, it looked dry but i figured it is still dormant. I planted it with accordance to directions from Nature Hills and then waited for 3 weeks or so. And nothing was happening, I contacted Nature Hills via email. And they responded quickly with suggestions. Long story short, the plant revived after 4 weeks and now its doing well. I had a great experience and will definitely use Nature Hills again "

"Last year I ordered a Showoff Forsythia, and an Agincourt Beauty Lilac.
This year I ordered a Kashmir Rose, a Bloomerang Dark Purple Reblooming Lilac, and a Sonic Bloom Red Reblooming Weigela.
All were packed well, and were shipped in a timely manner.
Every one of these shrubs are doing well and all of them looked so healthy when I received them.
I would not hesitate to buy plants from Nature Hills again.
One of the things I like is that for many plants you can choose what size plant you want. Not some dinky little plant in a 2 - 4 inch pot. I have not had good results with small container plants surviving the journey to my home.
