"I loved working with /ordering this Magnolia tree from Nature Hills Nursery! The price was more than reasonable, the quality of the 2-3 foot tree was really excellent and my satisfaction is right at the top of any possible scenario!! I will buy from these wonderful folks again, in 2020!!!

"Recently purchased a Gala and Honeycrisp apple tree. They actually arrived a week earlier than expected; perhaps because I live in Northern California and the trees were shipped from California locations. As a result, both trees arrived healthy, but one of the branches of the Gala was broken. I just put them into the ground, and time will tell if they thrive.

I see from other reviews that people who never received their plants/trees were charged a cancellation fee. I agree that this is poor customer service, and I hope they change this policy. I would like to depend on Nature Hills Nursery for future purchases, but I don't want to experience the same problem."

"I've ordered a few different plants from Nature Hills and have been quite happy with the plants they've sent. My past two orders, they've delayed sending to me by almost 2 months. I went back to the plant I purchased to see if they state shipping delays due to temperature or only shipped during a certain season and nothing. Every time I called customer service to check on the status, they'd tell me its about to ship, which was another month delay. This past issue, after waiting 7 weeks for my order, I called to cancel. They charged me $10 for canceling. I believe this is completely unfair because the website states nothing about how long a customer has to wait on a shipment. When I challenged the customer service rep on the $10 charge, he just didn't care. I suggest getting ideas off their website because they have a nice selection, then finding another site. Their prices aren't that competitive and its a guessing game when they'll send it. "

"I ordered few fruit trees(Apple, Peach, Nectarine, Cherry) from the website and upon arrival the overall quality looked good. The trees were good size. The only negative was the time it took to get the shipment from California to Philadelphia. 10 to 11days. This had an impact on the young trees and leaves were wilted, fallen off and many branches broken. Hopefully they will recover soon in the ground. I would highly recommend speeding up the shipment process to avoid unnecessary transport strain on the trees as many trees seem to have barely survived the journey. In general, I would use them again in future but please do something about the shipment process. It's way too long. Thanks! "

"We ordered the tree. It came looking very healthy, but soon wilted in the next couple of days. I am hoping it is just stress from shipment and transplanting. It has been very warm here and that also plays into the wilting. We are keeping it watered and TRYING to baby it along. My only suggestion is that the plants be shipped at the best time for planting in appropriate zones. I will let you know next Spring IF the tree made it. "
