"All of my plants were bare, dried out and had roots exposed. They were tiny and were not worth the exorbitant price for such a sad product. They said I could send them back at my cost plus a 40% restocking fee! Your neighborhood Lowe’s or Home Depot would definitely be better than this place. Don’t do business here!!!"

"Ordered 2 trees and they arrived quickly. The trees were not in the best shape and i expect them to die by Spring. Pretty much all of the branches were cutoff to fit in a box. The very few leaves it had did not look healthy. The trees were packed next to each other in the box but facing different directions so during shipping they were flipped upside down with dirt spilling out the box. Will never buy from them again."
"I ordered two plants on 6/29/20, did not receive it. I emailed them on 7/16/20 and was told the delay was due to weather condition. Now 9/23/20, I still have not received any plants or the booster that was recommended. And now my credit card requested a refund on my behalf and Nature Hills wants to charge a 10% handling fee when they've done nothing and shipped nothing after three months. Oh and on Nature's website's customer review section the fine print stated "your review may not be posted". So they only post good reviews. If you want true reviews about this company, do not rely on their own website, go to 3rd party review sites."

"Placed several orders this spring. All plants arrived in very good condition in well-packaged boxes. All plants transplanted well and are thriving. I liked the size options and variety of plants offered. Only complaint was a strawberry plant I ordered was on the extremely small size, but it was healthy and has grown well. Shipping times are varied, but that was fine with me. Definitely would buy from again in the future."
"I bought a peach tree last year ( Oct 2019) from Naturehills.com. I wasn't sure it would be ok to purchase a fruit tree in October since winter in NJ can be very cold sometimes but they assured me it will be ok. I bought the tree and the warranty just in case.
The tree produced some leaves this spring but had some red leaf curls on them. I contacted Naturehills they said as long as I just pick the leaves that are infected, the tree will be fine. Well, now my peach tree lost all leaves except 1-2 sick looking leaves. I asked Naturehills to either get my money back or send me a new healthy tree, they simply replied after 2 weeks saying they can't do anything because it was bought from last year. To my calculation, it has not been a year since we're only in July.
I bought 4 trees from this place and I still have a lot of yards to fill in with fruit trees but I'm not going to use this place to buy anything any more."
