"I have experienced the ripoff artists in the photographic business, so I checked the ratings and read the reviews on this company. 7.5 rating with mixed reviews. I ordered 5 sony factory items and immediately recieved conf. and then a request to call them. (ripoff indicator #1) Seems one of the items was not available-but the co. representative just happened to have the camera I was ordering for and he knew exactly what lens would be the right replacement. I didn't want it and it was deleted from the order with an estimate of 2-5 day shipping on the remainder. The same day, I was sent another noticed to call. I called and now all items were on a 6 week backorder. These guys are ripoffs and any reviews to the contrary represent ones their own employees wrote or someone paid a high price for a look-alike item so they completed the order. Don't waste your time"

"My shopping expirience with this online store is mixed. Please beware that the products you see and order from the web site might not be the same ones when you open your package. They did refund the price difference between the products that I ordered and the items that they wrongly shipped me. I have no success to get a RMA# for an item still in its original package to return for a refund within the 21 days set by their web site. All the CS dept. did is replying me with "This item is not returnable" (see the corresponding emails below and judge yourself) in the corresponding emails. The web site did not mention at all that the charger is a non-returnable item. Their CS is pretty much non-existen either through phone or emails.
