"After ordering a new Dell Computer for $1400 that as fulfilled by Mastertronics, what arrived inside a huge unmarked box was a Dell box clearly marked "Certified Refurbished". I was quietly outraged. Trying to arrange a return/replacement directly through Mastertronics, I received an e-mail informing me that I had to pay for the return shipping! Since that was unacceptable to me, and being the weekend, Mastertronics was closed, I called New Egg. They were incredibly helpful, totally agreed with me on both counts, and worked diligently to arrange for a pre-paid label to be sent to me within 2 business days. The empathy and professionalism were extraordinary and felt uniquely sincere. I will have to wait to know if Mastertronics is worthy of my future business, but New Egg certainly is."

"Due to an error on my part I had to return my purchase. I didn't know that a return label took sometime to be generated for I called Customer Service, left my name and waited for a call back. The time I waited for my return call was longer than projected, about 5-10 minutes longer, in the mean time I got my label via email, the customer service person on the other end asked if the product had been opened and it hadn't been. So she adjusted my return to reflect NO restocking fee and NO fee for the new return label I would be getting to use instead of the first one that was issued. Since this was for where I work, which is a church NOT paying $28.88 goes along way when you are on a budget. "

"The Fractal Design Case I ordered was defective so I called Newegg and was connected to a CSR named Jamie. So many companies these days have poor customer service but this lady was outstanding. She was very pleasant, patient, listened with sincere concern, and went above and beyond what I expected to help resolve my issue. In my field I routinely speak with CSR's from various tech companies and this level of service is uncommon to say the least.

"I made a purchase recently through Newegg, the product was shipped with a specific due date for delivery... the Item did not arrive on that day. I contacted the Carrier after receiving a notice that the Item had been Damaged.. after over an hour debating with the Carrier I contacted Newegg.. James went through the whole ordeal with me and checked with the vendor who had the item listed as out of stock... James said let me see what I can do and Can I call you back?
