"Anytime I've called, they have always addressed my issue and gone above and beyond. I won't take off star points but I dislike the long queue times and could be remedied with more agents and better queue management, but besides this, they are always helpful. Being in customer service in my past myself I understand the in and out of calls so that's why I can't ding the company in general. They have a schedule call option which if one is not in a hurry, this is a great feature. Maybe if they created a chat option for android/iphone users where it won't disconnect, that would be AWESOME. Then I could wait till my phone dings me that an agent is ready."

"Hailey turned a complete catastrophe into a pleasurable experience. I installed a new motherboard into our main production machine, and discovered it to be DOA. I need this machine back up by this Friday (which is two days away). It's a long story so I won't boar you with the details. When I first called, all agents were busy and I should expect a call back. In about 30 minutes I received that call and it was Hailey on the other end. I explained my predicament and somehow she put me at ease, right away. I don't know if it was her voice, her obvious concern, or what but I just knew I had someone who wasn't going to leave me hanging. She took care of me, got a new board on the way, and got me setup to send the bad board back. I should have the new board tomorrow!
Hailey, if you ever read these just know that you really did save the day. You have no idea how important this computer is and the work that needs to be done, on it. I am very much on a time crunch with getting this new server built and replacing my old system for work. The FedEx delivery person decided to try and use my $1,200 package as a basketball. Luckily I have cameras covering the driveway where FedEx left the package. Azlynn A Villalba went above and beyond to ensure I am able to get my build completed on schedule."
