Upon revisiting my shopping cart 4 days after placing order, I noticed that the Ram I ordered had been removed from my cart. I was a bit annoyed that I had not been contacted by phone or email. I immediately contacted customer service and spoke to Jess Avalos, who took care of my problem. Jess was very polite and understanding and did everything she could to remedy my situation.

"While Amazon may have been better at CS during certain periods of time, Newegg's quality has never been in flux.
Amazon seems to have been dropping the ball a lot lately and CS is not as good as they used to be.

Newegg however always works with their customers and makes them feel like they actually care.
Never had a damaged item from Newegg and returns/refunds are simple.
Even price matching was easy, which Amazon no longer does consistently.

I find myself purchasing less tech from Amazon and more from Newegg."
