"I placed an order for a highly in demand product on the website, 4 graphics cards for $1300. I received an email saying that there is an issue with the payment method. I later received an email confirming my order. Without any further communication my order was cancelled. Graphics cards were listed and sold on website for approximately double the price of what I ordered them at. Customer Service response was you will have to reorder at double the price or wait until prices are lower and items area available. They offered me a $20 gift card. Really, they cancelled my order sold my items for $1000 more then what I was paying and offered me a $20 gift card for my troubles! This is completely unethical, I purchased an item from what I thought was a reputable seller made accommodations based on their confirmations of our deal as soon as their stock changed and they realized they could sell the card for more my order was cancelled for their benefit. Having already had a confirmed order I did not order elsewhere although I had the opportunity. Once they cancelled my order all of the graphics cards were either double the price or out of stock. It is just extremely infuriating to be ripped off like this. I have purchase 100s of thousands worth of online merchandise and have never experienced such unethical business practices and poor customer service. Please be aware of this company!"
"Placed an order which had a promotion on Asus motherboard, they voided my order saying the credit card was not verified. Called the service rep (after waiting 1+ hr on the phone), he said the card was verified and does not know why the order was voided. By that time the, the promotion had already expired so had to pay extra.
Then I placed an order, paid two days shipping and paid for rush processing. They instead shipped with the usual Fedex ground, now I will receive my order after almost a week. They refunded me the shipping cost when I called them again but I did not get my items on time and did not get the promotion.
