"I had ordered by mistake (this being my 1st order) a 2.5" ide enclosure when i needed a 3.5" they let me keep it and i reordered the 3.5" today! Delivery was fast for the said mixup item due to my fault, and service is nothing but excellent no complaints so far. From what i see they have really good prices and service!"

"Great prices,choices and fantastic service.
Bought ENHWI-N router with ENLWI-N pci card unfortunately card rocks but router is a dud.
But NEWEGG sent RMA in under 30 seconds of getting off chat with rep(Thanks Bianca).Buy and forget the worries!!!Oh opted for replacing with same router will see if this one rocks like the cards...

Update in the Newegg style of customer service to my pleasant surprise not only will they ship replacement and a prepaid return UPS label for RMA but and understand I was more than satisfied already with their quick response to RMA request(settled in less than 30 seconds!!!!)but today they contacted me to credit my purchase for all the troubles ....You can't in a million years do better or surprise me more than that!!!

Newegg rocks as so many others have stated before me.As I said before buy without worries!
They put their money where their mouth is and stand by the NEWEGG name 150% and then some...

Got RMA unit and router was up and running in under three minutes.excellent speed and stable connection ....tons better than all my dlink crap routers.Will be buying a few more of these and a boat load of ENLWI-N pci n cards. thanks Newegg.

"See below for original issue. The day after I posted the review, a representative called me personally to deal with my problem.

It was a simple solution which saved a larger headache. I applaud NewEgg for the great service. They have won back a customer.




Overall, NewEgg is great... until you have a problem.

I ordered a new computer monitor from NewEgg. It came without, after the monitor itself, the most important item - a power cord.

NewEgg's response to date has been, in a word, unsatisfactory. I have been passed along to two different departments. One claimed they could find no record of my order!

They proceeded to make vague promises to ask someone to try and find a cord. They seem unsure.

However, their preferred solution was that I call the manufacturer. Long distance. At my expense.

Still no resolution. In the meantime, I have an expensive piece of equipment that I can't use, for the lack of a very basic piece of equipment.

To NewEgg's credit, it has only been three days since I complained. And they responded quickly. The problem is the content of the response, which was worse than useless.

They should have said one of two things: 1) we will find you a new cord and send it as soon as possible 2) a new monitor is on its way with a cord ASAP, please return the old one at our expense.

After this experience, I doubt I will trust them anymore. I will go back to another online electronics retailer with which all my issues have been dealt with quickly and effectively.

"It seems to me that this company although they have a canadian web site operate from USA. First it took a long time to receive my order (11 days) I could see on the tracking that the order have been headed directly to USA warehouse but they had it in stock when I ordered it! Also, when I received it into the shipment box was a bill with a different amount($468.46 instead of $588.18 CAD). So I could recommend this web store for the prices if you're not hurry to receive your merchandise. But to be honest I have to say since I wrote this review that Newegg representative called me by phone to present some excuses and also by email even in my french language. I very appreciated those efforts to communicate the significance of respect for their consumers and I can assure Newegg.ca that it will be a pleasure to make some other purchases with them if I have to in the futur."

"I purchased two Kingston RAM from Newegg, received them in 3 days. The price and delivery is outstanding. I installed them in my laptop but they didn't work. I searched and found that I bought the wrong items. I called them telling about my problem and they refunded me the price of the RAMs no question asked. Above that they told me to keep the RAMs and I do not need to return them. I am in shock and awe to their superb customer service. Newegg will be my reseller of choice from now on."

"Placed an order May 21 for a hard drive. Slated for delivery June 1 which is a bit dissappointing but not horrible. Seems to be routed thru the USA which is why it probably takes a bit longer. Wished they had stock up here in Canada so shipping times could be decreased. The drive was well priced and it was free shipping so I have no complaint, I just thought I would make this observation. Thanks Newegg.ca."

"I purchase a AVIC F700BT for my car on May 15 from Newegg.ca (Canadian site). Once I completed the order form, I quickly received the invoice. On the invoice, there was a link to use if I an any questions. I had a few questions about shipping (where the item comes from, custom charges if any). To my surprised, the link led me to a "instant messaging" system where I was in immediate contact with a Newegg sale rep. I asked my questions, she answered everything to my satisfaction. Then, a few days after purchasing the item, I noticed that Newegg.ca had listed the items for 50$ cheaper. I had not yet even received the good. So I sent an email to Newegg.ca asking if they could "price match" to the new price, and within a few hours got a reply to the affirmative. I had a few more questions and again, every email was answered within a few hours. I did get confirmation of that I would get $50 back. I am impressed and and pleased by the speed of communication, as well as the "human" touch that their customer rep showed to me. This inspire confidence.

Since then, I received the good very well packaged. I am pleased with my experience and will do business again with newegg. I should also mention that the payment process (via paypall) was painless and quick. Thanks!

"I bought an ABS M1 mechanical keyboard for my birthday and paid both shipping and handling. However, the next day while tracking my product, I noticed that the same product was being sold cheaper and with free shipping. I went on livechat with one of NewEgg customer service representative and explained the problem. She said that Newegg does not have a price protection policy, but she was willing to refund me the difference. Although I did not get any refund for shipping or taxes, I was very happy notheless because I did not feel ripped off. "

"Excellent prices and the items were shipped quickly.
