"I have purchased two handsets Nokia N900 and Nokia 5800XM from this place. I Have received price adjustment for the N900 when the price went down without any hassle. (eventhough the prices fluctuate on the site)
Order processing time is fast. (Received 5800 in two days even though it was an international shipping)
I have received excellent support each time I've contacted their web support. I would highly recommend doing business with them.

"I purchased a copy of Adobe Photoshop from Newegg but the software would not run properly. I contacted Adobe technical support and they spent 2 hours with me and could not figure out the problem. Adobe said that they would escalate the issue to a more senior technician and that I would receive a call back in 3 to 4 days. After nearly 3 weeks later, it was apparent that Adobe wasn't going to help me. I decided to ask Newegg if they would bend their rule about returning opened software. Well, Alex at Newegg said no to that. Instead, he did something much better than I had expected. Alex offered to contact Adobe on my behalf to give them a little "push" to help me solve my issue. Well, this worked as I received a call from Adobe 2 days later by a senior technician who was able resolve my issue very quickly. Now that's what I call service! Newegg rocks! These folks really do support their customers way beyond any other company. Thanks Newegg and thanks again Alex! "

"I had ordered a Foxconn R20-S4 barebone, it arrived little late because of customs @ Richmond, BC. There were some accessories missing in the box (Newegg is not @fault though) but Debbie @newegg took care of it as soon I wrote an e-mail to Newegg. Good service, will buy again.-HTPC2010"

"I ordered a set of speakers from newegg.ca while they were on sale right before the new year. 6 days later, a promotional code was released, to reduce the price of the speakers beyond the sale price I bought them for by $20. I contacted customer service through the live chat they have on the site, and a representative politely and quickly gave me a $20 refund since I missed the code by a few days. Very good service and good prices."

" Did have problem with shipping (Those brokers!! )causing me to lost money and stuck with the item not wanted. But when Lillian.X.Hu came up offering apologize and special on next order. I decide to keep this unwanted item as Christmas gift and order again for the special offer. "I bought a panasonic dect cordless phone and one of the handsets had a blown speakerphone. I contacted newegg.ca through live chat. Everything went well. I got an rma number and they emailed me the return shipping label very quickly. I am going to ups tomorrow to send it back. They are going to send me another one.
I would recommend newegg to anybody that likes cheap prices and good customer service.
