"Ordered a psu that claimed was in stock since Amazon was out of stock. When I couldn’t find any other merchants who sold it I emailed the mgfr antec hey you guys aren’t dc this model as it has a feature I want being able to link two psu together as one. They told me no just hard to find due to gpu mining buying up all high watt psu. 2 weeks later I get a cancellation from these clowns at next warehouse that item is discontinued. Went back to Amazon today and ordered 2 direct from them. What a buncha Lairs just admit you never had the item in first place and now lost your antec resell vendor since you don’t have any antec items listed anymore"
"Be careful ordering from this website. In stock items are out of stock as well as out of stock items are in stock but unavailable to be shipped. Multiple email attempts for a product purchased over a month ago. You are better off trusting a local purchaser on Craigslist then this website."
"I had found Nextwarehouse via a Google shopping search for an HP server. They had a low price so I ordered it, the website confirmed the order and they sent an email confirmation. Later I recieved another email that they had canceled by order because the "promotional offer had expired just 1 day earlier but the website hadn't been updated". Yeah right, if that's not a bait and switch I don't know what is. Of course they were happy to process my order again for a 50% price hike. NO THANKS!
Do not use these slimeballs!

"These scammers do not earn 1 star, but you cannot post without at least 1 star. I'm not going to take the time to write the details as it takes too long. Just Know: Their business attitude is Sell ONLY do not permit merchandise return. It is outgoing only....
I made a mistake by not searching the reviews. I didn't realize the reputation was 1 star Horrible I was naïve to assume that the company was honest. Avoid any dealings with these crooks. "
"Overall experience with this seller was awful.
I placed the order on 1/20/2020 and received an invoice from PayPal same day. I also received an order confirmation from the vendor same day.
On February 17 (nearly a month later), i received notification that the order had been shipped.
On February 20, when I had not received the shipment, I checked the tracking status using FedEx tracking number provided; FedEx.com showed the item delivered Tuesday 2/18/2020 at 12:59 pm to Smyrna, TN. I do not know anyone in Smyrna, TN, and my shipping address was clearly indicated on my invoice and order confirmation (Omaha, NE).
I called customer service ***-***-****) on 2/20 and got no answer during business hours! I left a voice mail with all of my contact details and did not receive a call back. Instead, I received five emails that night with the exact same shipment notification details.
I also sent an email to ****@****, the email address provided in my order confirmation. I have not received any response from this person.
On 2/22/2020, I filled out an online form at nextwarehouse.com to alert them that my order was never received. I finally heard from someone who told me I got the wrong tracking information. The product was then shipped and received a few days later.
However, they sent the wrong product. I ordered a US English keyboard and got a French language keyboard (characters are different, etc.). I have proof of the product description when I ordered that shows they advertised and sold the US English keyboard.
I got in touch with Gary at NextWarehouse. Gary proceeded to argue with me and asked for pictures of the box that the product came in to try to prove that the part number I ordered was the same as the part number I received. He tried to tell me that the manufacturer (Lenovo) shipped the wrong product and that it was their fault, so NextWarehouse shouldn't be held accountable. When I finally convinced him that his company is responsible for the resale -- not the manufacturer -- he agreed to refund me the purchase price. He gave me only four days to return the product in order to get a refund; ironic that I, as the customer, have to act more quickly than the retailer. Nice double standard.
I shipped the product back for $30 (about 35% the cost of the product) on 3/11/20. I finally got a refund for the product on 4/3/20, but only after asking again.
I am asking to be reimbursed for the $30 in charges I incurred to return the wrong merchandise they sent. Gary refuses to reimburse me for the cost. At this point, I have no product nearly three months later, have spent hours of my time addressing this, and am out $30.77 of my own money in the process.
Never, ever do business with these scam artists.

"Never buy from Next Warehouse. Purchased a server - received it and it was defective and never turned on from the get go. Wants us to pay shipping to return the unit and in fine print says that we don't get a refund of we return a defective unit. Gary Yang was absolutely unhelpful on the phone and told us to drop it off if we didn't want to pay shipping (IN CALIFORNIA). I asked to speak to his manager - he replied telling me that he is the manager. I further asked to speak to whoever is above him. He told me that 'he doesn't come into work.' Pay the extra dollars and go somewhere else.
Here's a copy of what is needed in order to get a 'refund' for an item that didn't work on the first place upon receipt.

"They advertised a price below competition, confirm that by email but when I tried to place the order they had it increased, a lot."
"I felt I needed to provide a review given all the negative ones. While I did not receive the motherboard I ordered from Nextwarehouse after about two weeks, when I was able to find it at another retailer Nextwarehouse was very quick to reply, and comply with my email requesting they cancel my order."
"I started on another website (NeutronUSA.com) that wouldn't let me complete the order so I called a contact phone and was told to go to Next Warehouse to place the order. I placed the order for items it said was in stock and a week later they emailed the item wasn't available and it would take 5 business days to refund my money. "
"I really feel guilty with my Excellent review after reading so many others, but to be honest, I got what I ordered in great shape cheaper than anyone else had it (HP 1013 case). They said it would take 3 weeks to ship, yet I received it within 2.5 weeks, so ahead of schedule. I don't want to doubt the others, but I had a great experience with them. "
"The seller misrepresents the availability of items (in stock). The website does NOT give accurate availability. They SHALL AND WILL delay your delivery by as much as SEVERAL WEEKS!!!! KEEP that VERY CLOSELY IN MIND!"
"NextWarehouse.com won't let you have a different Shipping and Billing address, which is absolutely ridiculous. For someone who works from home, my Shipping address (personal) will always be different than my Billing (corporate) address.
I make purchases from every other website with a different Shipping and Billing address without any issues.
Seems like NextWarehouse.com has a BPU - Business Prevention Unit. Not good for sales or customers."
"They have a sketchy way of doing business just like what the reviews are saying. They would list a product to look like its available and get you to purchase the product. Yes it would give you a warning that the product "may not be available" but hey in this day and age of technology they can't find a way to determine whether you have that product in stock or not??? It like playing Russian Roulette on your purchase. I think its their scheme to get your money first and hold you hostage basically so you don't purchase any where else, SKETCHY!! All the other websites list a product unavailable if IT IS UNAVAILABLE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!!!"
"They list "discontinued" product and after I created an account with them and went through all the paying process, I only ended up with a cancellation of my order. This site's purpose maybe just collect customer information. I wish I had read the google reviews before I made the purchase. I later bought the product from a legitimate website. "
"DO NOT ORDER FROM @nextwarehouse ! Ordered Vive Controllers in April (they were in stock on web and rep confirmed) purchased - money gone. No controllers! Sept. 23 they arrive. Already got from Amazon. To return them am charged shipping & restock fee. Buyer beware!"
