"Absolutely horrible experience. Would STRONGLY recommend staying completely clear of this merchant. Bottom line: you get what you pay for ... if you think you are saving lots of money. Think again!! You are getting a good looking piece of junk!!

The Customer Support representative indicated the plane we purchased has had a number of issues with not being able to get off the ground and I was certainly not the first to call with this issue. Was rounted to "customer service" who put me on hold for 10 minutes then dropped the call. Had to call back two other times to speak to a supervisor. Put on hold each time for 10-15 minutes. Only to be told that they can't do antything since it was past the 30 day warranty.

What a scam. They know the plane can't fly but would only send replacement parts. SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND STAY CLEAR!!!

UPDATE:
As you can see, the response is "gladly accept the return if the airplane is not crashed" As explained, I had a 9 year old who wanted to see it fly so after it ran on the ground for 50 yards and would not lift off, we tried to toss it and it crashed and is damaged ... according to them this is Pilot error.

Bottom line, even though I may have made a 'pilot error' by tossing the plane I was told not once, but twice that they have had issues reported by other customer that this plane would not fly. They acknowledged the faulty product but are blaming me to avoid refunding ... by the way, I told them I don't want my money back. I want a differnt plane but still they won't "do the right thing." If you think it is worth the risk then go ahead and purchase."

"I took some good advice and ordered the E sky simulator from Nitroplanes. Their response was prompt...it was shipped the same day! The price was very good - $19.95, but as with a couple of other orders I thought the shipping was a little pricey. My first thought was wondering if they were making a little extra profit on the shipping. I have no idea if that's the case, but makes no difference as I wanted the simlator and accepted the shipping charges. Anyway, the sim works great and have had no problems with it at all. I would...and have done business with Nitro again and I am sure I will do more business with them in the future.

Follow up: I've sen many planes on their site that I was interested in, and their ads direct you towards them...only problem is that most if not all of the planes in each catagory are "Sold Out" - if they are not available why not pull them from the website until or unless they are available! Replacement parts...I needed a replacement fuselage for my Piper J3 but, you guessed it..."Sold Out"! After much waiting finally got a rep online chat to ask when it would be available. Was told 4-6 weeks and then got a disconnect - a little rude, I thought!
