"I am not satisfied with the product A-10 thunderbolt or with the customer service and
technical support. Technical support is lacking
in the knowledge of the product hence forth they cannot provide addiquate support.I flew my product
twice and on the third time the EDF's failed. Both motors failed. Technical support advised to send back the EDFs , but in doing so it would ruin
the fuselage. I also had a defect in the wing. I am sending back the whole product for an
exchange. Hopefully I get a better product. It is
a thow of the dice to receive a good product for I know there is no quality control. "

"Got the Art-Tech F/A 18, 03/09.Got hung up on twice after 30+ minutes waiting AND SPEAKING WITH STAFF and that "chuckie - icecream truck hold muzak they beat you up with.Out of stock immediatly of spare parts.I'm new at this the jet probably is too hot for me.I wanted and checked the website from purchase to now for extra parts before the maiden flight.Inital charge of battery,uneventful.First was bind radio to plane,set flap servos and chase the cat around the driveway with it.Last night hook battery for a reasonable discharge- fan/servo action -and battery went flat WAAAYYY to soon!Recharge/voltage check was at 8.3 VDC.Tried again same results and numbers and charger function normal.Thier answer to this was a store policy of 30 days.But wait, all extra parts, including battery, sold out!Now how can you deal with a part issue when your website states "SOLD OUT!"If I could get away with a "F" or two in this message,it would go like this: They "f-ing" hung up on me 2 times when I wanted to buy more!"
"Nitro Planes have done very well with thier oders. Shipment cost more than most of the other larger distributers. The product was received very well. The hours of customer service could be moved to a earlier time line. It would be nice if they advertiesed replacment parts such as wings, fuselge,ect. "
"I ordered the L-39 for my sons b-day on May15th-it arrived 5-13-09 and it didn't come with the screw wells he needed-called told me they would ship ASAP-when order arrived it was just screws-called again said ASAP and it's now 6-8-09 and still no screw wells-Still Not Able to fly his B-day present-now were told out of stock-VERY DISAPPOINTED!! 2 days later I ordered a raptor& In June ordered f-15 BUT still wants to fly his L-39 but can't!!! I wish this mistake was made right because my husband just ordered 2 more jets and batteries, chargers, etc..from you!! Still waiting fir B-day present!!!!"

That was good so that I know where it is because I live in Hawaii. When I got my package, it was in good shape. The bad part to the item is that it has no instructions on how to operate it. The Exceed RC F35 Lightning 64mm EDF is a great plane...very stable & nearly scale thrust ratio. Don't recommend continuous bead of glue when attaching wings...causes more significant damage with crashes (I use only sparce dabs of epoxy spaced about 2inches apart) Minimal damage with several crashes. Also, the supplied hinges for the elevons fails to keep the control surface stable...recommend exchanging for plastic hinges.

"The only problem with buying at NitroPlanes is that when you select an item, plane, and add to your cart,,they automatically add the simulator to your cart as part of the plane. You have to 'un-select' the simulator before you add the plane to the cart. If you are not paying attention,,,you bought it. The simulator should be an 'added' option,,,,,not a 'de-select' if you don't want it. I noticed the cart price was higher than the listing price,,,I had to back-track to see the added simulator. "
"I ordered 2 items on a Friday afternoon--soon (about an hour) after I made the order I got notified that the order was shipping. both items same day--the same day i ordered them. holy cow. what are these guys trying to do? usually when i order thru amazon i wait a week for a shipment notification--then i wait a few weeks to see if it arrives. and i have to wait a month if it gets lost to file a complaint.. Oh and the items were delivered the following tuesday. Zounds! these guys are trying to impress me."
