"I was disappointed to see that the initially displayed Processing Fee suddenly went up with $3.41 when I clicked Proceed to Payment. No explanation or warning was given beforehand. This is very disappointing!
In addition, the fees kept adding and I ended up paying at least $20 more than the initially advertised discounted price, for 2 boxes. I will look for other providers next time. "

"Hi, I found it difficult to upload my prescription as it would only accept a JPEG or a PNG. My eye doctors sent me my prescription in PDF form and taking a picture of my screen wasn't giving me a quality image to upload. I ended up having to download a PDF converter just to upload it here. "
