"I couldn't figure out how to pay without PayPal. I have to run through everything twice before I figured out how to upload a prescription, then it made me go through Paypal a second time. There weren't clear buttons that showed how to navigate to the next page. Also your processing fee is ridiculous. Just put that in the price per box!
Update: I did receive a call from customer support and they offered me a partial store credit for the inconvenience. I do appreciate good customer support so I’ve increased the number of stars. "
