"My healthcare provider through Kaiser updated my prescription. I had to go the online account since I did not having a paper copy. I created a PDF from the screenshot but unfortunately that was not usable. So I had to take the time to take a picture of my screen, crop it, then email it to myself before downloading it to the computer then uploading it to the site. "
