Easy & Quick Business

"I think the website is easy to use on both my phone and laptop. The products ship pretty quick with free shipping, although my orders have been shipped via FedEx, which I despise; but the shipping is free so I don't complain too much. Overall I will continue to use Optics Planet due to price, shipping, availability of products and discount codes available."

"I placed a very large order a month ago, knowing a few items were out of stock. Because of what I ordered, I had to sign a form. I returned it mere hours after requested. It took a full week and me sending that form in FOUR times,before it was acknowledged and another item went out of stock for 6-8 weeks. Still no ETA on an item I ordered while in stock."

Replaced Wrong Scope Mounts

"I purchased a set of scope rings that were not the right for the scope and rifle I had. I communicated with Optics and explained the situation and returned the rings and then ordered the right ones. I excepted the responsibility of ordering the wrong rings and they made it right. Great company and will recommend them to anyone."

Bad shipping times and customer service

"First, their shipping time really stinks. They send via FEDEX then that gets transferred to USPS, took nearly a week and a half to get. More importantly, their advertised T&E adaptor was NOT the same size as it was supposed to be (half inch too big!), making it completely useless. I wanted a refund, this does not fit the device it is advertised for, they only offered an exchange....what, for another part that doesn't fit (by design)??? I'll never shop here again. In the past I've bought some pretty expensive gear here, thats BS."

Church security.

"The product I bought was perfect for one hand-gun. The were removable layers of foam rubber allowing for different width firearm and allowing magnets to be implanted for a vertical attachment. The cable keeps it from walking away on its own. The pastor is head of the security team and this allows him to make the weapon inaccessible to children, but have instant access in the pulpit for any breach. I had easy ordering, shipment notification and above average delivery time. Great product for the price."
