"So I order a Sig Sauer P320 X5 grip module that's supposed to have the grip, a weight and a magwell funnel. I get it 2 day shipped and I am excited to get it so fast only to realize I got only the grip and the weight but not the magwell funnel. I tell myself, no issues it happens, Optics planet is too good a company and I know they'll make this right...WRONG!!!!! I call Optics Planet (O.P.) and tell them my issue. The O.P. guy says he was so sorry and that O.P. will take care of this right away by either sending me the missing piece or they would send me a completely new product and then I could send the defective one back.... Awesome right?.....WRONG again!!!!! So after a few days I get an email from O.P. saying this... "Thank you for contacting us regarding the missing accessories from your order. Unfortunately, the manufacturer of your item has advised us that we cannot work on the behalf of our customers when it comes to product questions or concerns. To eliminate additional contacts and confusion from multiple sources, they have requested that you contact them directly so that they can better assist you". Seriously? O.P. sells me a part from their warehouse missing an item, but now its up to SIG to fix their mistake?! So being frustrated and having no other choice I call SIG and they tell me that they never have told O.P. to have the customer call them for a issue regarding a missing part from something that O.P. sold from O.P.'s own warehouse. SIG asked how this missing part was their issue....and I had no answer...but SIG, being a far better company than Optics Planet clearly is, advised that they would take care of what O.P. would not, and they sent me the magwell that O.P. was not willing to. Now this magwell is a $50.00 part that SIG sent me for free. So to add insult to injury SIG technically is out $50.00 and O.P. got over paid for the item I bought being that it was missing a $50.00 part!!.. I USED to be a loyal customer to O.P. but no longer....any GOOD company would have simply either replaced the part and/or sent a new item. instead O.P. made me call another company to remedy their mistake....and due to this nonsense I will no longer purchase from Optics Planet any further nor will I recommend them to any of my friends, family or co-workers. We'll see if Optics Planet reaches out to me to remedy this bad experience with them, but based on what just transpired I might just get an email from them requesting I contact another company to assist with that issue as well!"

"Had a great first time experience with OpticsPlanet. Ordered a complete Aero Precision M4E1 16" upper with 12" Atlas S-One handguard. Shipment was quick, got to me faster than expected. Only thing that I had an issue with, by no fault of OpticsPlanet, is that the barrel nut was on way too tight."

An offer code is required at checkout to waive the fee and customers must select 2-Day for the shipping method to participate in this offer. In your original order, a separate coupon for 10% off the order was input instead. After speaking with a Customer Care agent, the shipping was upgraded at no cost. After that order was returned, our Returns department unfortunately did not carry forward the free upgraded shipping to your exchange order and we apologize for any inconvenience this caused. There was no payment ever taken for shipping either of these orders.
