"Ordered a product, came not as expected. I contact customer service to get it returned and I ship it out to them the next day. Two days later I get an email on the 28th of February claiming they received it and would need roughly 10 days to process it, great, no worries here. Anyways, March 12th comes around and I still have not seen any returns on to my statement. I call in and the rep tells me that she wasn't sure what had happened and was going to contact the returns department and give me a call the next morning. The next morning comes and no call all day, so I send an email to their customer service and no response either Saturday or Sunday which was odd because it claims that their emails and chats are available on Sundays and Saturdays. I opened a claim with Paypal because the seller has ignored me for almost 5 days now. I will not deal with this site again, would be surprised if I get my refund back. "

"I had an idea for a new build and was searching the internet for what parts I'd want to use. As I found my choices they were on several different sites up to 6. I actually forgot I had the OP app and stumbled upon it in my phone. Turns out they had the same parts I chose all in one spot. Mind you they were a little cheaper on the other sites but the convenience of having them all come in the same box and paying one shipping price comes out a lot cheaper. Beware of other sites they may have a cheaper price but get you on shipping. All in all Optics Planet had everything I wanted in stock and got it to me very quickly. I am pleased with my purchase."
"I shop around and compare prices constantly. Not everyone carries some of the colors offered in AR accessories and OpticsPlanet usually does. Optics and sights are usually priced the best here. AR parts and accessories can be hit and miss for pricing though. I have yet to see any crazy off the wall awsome sale prices or deals. My only complaint is the free shipping, if I would have known it would have taken so much longer I would have rather paid to get delivered in a timely manner.........
Would like to see builder bundle deals or package deals like buy a barrel, bolt, BCG, and get 20% off purchase, or buy $300 + and get half off select BUIS......."
"I have ordered many items. The problem happens when the website says it is in stock and then after the purchase you get an email saying it’s not. This causes a delay in shipping weeks to months. Also, if part of the order is in stock they hold the entire order unless you call. They have good prices but this is very aggravating."
