"I have placed at least six orders with optic planet in the last year and it at least half of them have been screwed up somehow. Whether its a slow shipping department which makes paying for 2-Day ship useless, not keeping current stock up to date, shipping to wrong addresses, incompetent customer services reps, etc. something always seems to get messed up; which is about the only consistent aspect here and they do nothing to make up for this for customer retention. The “deals and “coupons” are nothing. Just google what you’re looking for and you’ll find it cheaper immediately. Bottom line, subpar. Likely done shopping here. "
