"January 20th, 2019, Ordered an ATN thermal scope and extended battery on a Sunday. Was sent to post office Monday but never left the post office. I called on Thursday to find out what was going on and was told I had to wait 5 business days before a claim could be filed. Called back Monday and was told it would be Tuesday before OP could file a claim. BTW each time I called I had to wait on hold in the neighborhood of 20 minutes before a CSR answered! Called back Tuesday and spoke with a lady that said she filed a claim and was expediting a new order but i did not receive a confirmation email so I called back Thursday, AGAIN, to find out what was going on and was informed my order never got placed by the lady on Tuesday! I ask couldn't they ship overnight since I had been through the ringer but to no avail! After the guy placed the order I went to Amazon and saw where I could get it next day with an Amazon Prime trial for just a little more money and tried to cancel but was told the order had been processed. Order was placed again and is expected to be delivered tomorrow which is Tuesday 2-5-2019. This has been over a 2 week ordeal and I am very displeased! i placed the order with OP because it would save me a little money with a discount code. Never Again! I would rather pay more and avoid the hassle!

Just got an email that says my product is still in production and will be a couple more days before it is released! On hold with OP as I type to try to cancel and order from Amazon! Don't waste your time here!"
