"Instead of receiving a brand new holo sight which are factory zeroed per manufacturer spec, I recieved a blemished model that I can only guess was either a floor demo model or a previous return. A little scratch on one side and a small ding on the top of the shroud. Plus the sight was not even close to being zeroed, the dot was practically hugging the right sight margin, and for some strange reason there was a lot of dust in the box. The sad part is that I need a sight so bad I didn't even return it. Safe to say though that Optics Planet will have to be practically giving it away if I'm buying in the future."

"Well, I just wanted to say "You got me" I thought I was getting such a great deal for the Streamlight TLR-7 at $139.49 which according to you is 35% off the normal price of $215.00 PLUS a Coupon worth another $18.13 Off AND Free 2 Day Air Shipping so a total of $121.36. I thought WOW this IS a great deal.
I should have done my due diligence because:
1. Amazon has it for $114.54 with Free two day shipping, no special code. Who knowingly wants to wait when its free 2nd day.
2. I didn't notice (my Bad again) that I had to enter a Code to get the free shipping so now its going to take until 7/31 instead of 7/25 YESTERDAY
3. I also didn't realize only one code can be applied, so in my case either the Free Shipping upgrade OR the Discount

What I don’t care for is, you don’t know if they have it in stock until you place your order after a couple of days and don’t give you any kind of time line. Remember this is after you placed your order and waited a few day befor they let you know it’s not in stock then on top of that not give you any time line when you might get it. Very frustrating!"

"I ordered a list of AR accessories on a Monday. Immediately received an email that stated all items had shipped except one. I received one item on the list on Thursday. I called customer support on Friday and was told that they had a new system in the warehouse that was delaying orders. I told them I do not care where my other items. They said they must be holding them until the other item comes in. I said that was unacceptable. He said he would get them to ship. I expressed that since they had delayed them that I expected them to expedite the shipment. He said he was looking into it. I called the next Tuesday about they I had not received them. I was told they would not be there until Thursday. When I explained the story the answer I received was it normally takes 7 to 10 days to receive orders. If I had know that I could have ordered from another site and got them regular freight in about 3 to 4 days. The whole interaction is poor."
