"Things have sure gone down hill in the last few years. I use to be overly impressed with OP customer service, specifically their knowledge base of the actual products. Not anymore. I recently placed an order over the phone so that I could ask advise before ordering. I was given incorrect information, both on product availability and ring height I needed for my specific firearm and optic.
I also paid extra for expedited shipping, however it took more than two days for my order to process and leave OP. It actually took so long to get my order that once 48 hours had passed with no shipping confirmation, I had Talley priority mail me a set of rings that arrived before my OP order got here. Once my order did get here, the rings were way too high. As I suspected they would be, but ordered them anyway but the customer service rep insisted they were the ones I needed......very disappointed. "
"I found the online ordering easy to use. As I compare prices I find them to be equal to or less than other vendors. On my last order I received free shipping where my order came before the due date. Not to mention the company has a huge selection of items from a wide cross section of topics and themes. "

"The sights I ordered were for my Glock 19/23
And I must say they fit very well and after shooting with my new sights I was impressed with the extra distance I got from the sight picture . The narrowed front sight helped a lot with that . Also the contrasting front sight color is a great help in acquiring the front sight faster for picking up fast shot times "

"Placed a stocked item on the 13th. Paid almost $18 on shipping. Still no package yet. Longest delivery time EVER that I’ve ordered anything online or through the phone. I would think an item close to $450 would get to me fast. At the same time, I’ve ordered a red dot from another vender which cost well over $700. Shipping was free. Came to me in 3 days. All the way from the East cost too. I guess these things happens. Optics planet use to get my order to me in about a week. I say change the carrier service. Hopefully my package is not banged up when it gets to me. Though, Optics Planet did give 10% off from the July 4th promo. After I return a item that I wasn’t satisfied with. "
