"Made the purchase with $26 coupon for 2-Day shipping. Hooray! (Bait to make Purchase) Then it took 4 days to deliver. Received email advising order shipped on 07/06/2018. Called 2 days later looking for item and was advised was NOT even shipped yet. Ridiculous! While on website trying to track delivery, clicked on Live Chat and chatted with Jose in customer service who provided different excuses while informing would take another 2 days for delivery. Apparently, Jose could not count either. Filed complaint. A few days later received lame apology via email, not even a call after making over $1300 in purchases."

"Always regret buying from optics planet. Their initial prices are generally cheaper than everyone but then after even standard shipping, you are only saving a few dollars. Then after waiting days for them to even ship the package and then their slow delivery methods (because anything else you aren't saving money buying from them) you are sitting there wondering why you didn't pay the few extra dollars. Joebobs, Primary Arms are just two examples where they ship something out within hours not days. Amazon and Wal-Mart have free 2 day shipping. If you have patience then I guess optics planet is ok, but in the current marketplace, their order fulfillment is painfully slow and hampers repeat business"
