"I ordered a Browning Trail Camera from OpticPlanet. com and chose the option for "free shipping". When I placed my order, the web site indicated that my item was "in stock". After I had received my "order confirmation" email, and checked my account for order accuracy on OpticPlanet, I saw that my order indicated the trail camera that I had purchased was listed as being "on order". (Had I of know that the trail camera was not in stock before I place my order... I would have placed my order with another seller.)
Upon receiving my order, I was truly surprised to find that it ended up taking ten (10) days to arrive. The order was shipped via FedEx and then final delivery was done by US Mail.
In closing, my complaint is not with the product that I received, but in the method of shipping and the time that it took to me receive it."

"How can you not see there is an error in the shipping address and still try to send it out, bought the item on July 7th still haven’t got the item today July 29th. They said they would expedite shipping and it looks like normal shipping and not priority shipping from USPS. I will never buy from optic planets ever again.
Update: called them and they said it’s on the way. Check tracking number and the first shipment is still be shipped back to them and they have sent me my trigger. Worst customer service ever. All they do is lie to you. I should just cancel my order and ask for a refund"

According to our records, FedEx is returning your package to Optics Planet as they were unable to deliver it to the address you provided. The address was corrected when you last contacted us but the package is still in route back to our facility in Illinois. Your address verified in our system so we do apologize that FedEx was not able to locate the destination due to an overabundance of characters in the address field. The shipping cannot be expedited while it is coming back to our warehouse but every effort will be made to expedite the package once it reships.

According to the USPS website, it appears they misplaced and/or misrouted your package for over a week. Typically, we must wait 14 business days with no movement to create a claim and/or reship the product. However, since you are our neighbor in Indiana, this product really should have reached you by now and for that we apologize. Since the package has reached your local USPS Distribution Center, it should be delivered within 24-48 hours. If it has not been delivered by end of business on Thursday, we will set up a replacement order at no charge with expedited shipping for the inconvenience.
