"My package was lost and no one would help me until a month had passed. After the month passed and I didn't get my package, they wanted me to pay for shipping again to send my replacement.
I ordered faster shipping in the first place, the replacement was going to be a slower shipping speed.
I was being bounced from one customer service rep to another.
After over a month and a half of waiting they finally got my package to me. It took way too much fighting than I wanted to get my package."

"The FedEx part of the delivery worked great, but the Post Office put the package in a parcel post box and lost the key. USPS tracking said it was delivered, but I could not get the package out. After four days I reported this to Optics Planet and they immediately sent another package, at no cost whatsoever, via priority mail. It arrived two days later. Then, the original box showed up at my front door. Optics Planet gave me a return shipping label for the return of the replacement order, all at no charge. What GREAT service!!!
