Orders always arrive in bits & pieces making it difficult to know whether the correct discounts were ever applied. I also need a personal assistant to go back & see what the original order was since there is NEVER a packing slip, just a credit card hit. "I expected a little more from these guys after reading the reviews. This was suppose to be adjustable. The buffer tube was in all the way up to the treads and it wouldn't budge. Called Cust. Serv.,they said send it back somebody went overboard putting the tube in the brace. I went online to see if any one else had this problem. Apparently so, used a blow dryer on hi for 2 minutes blowing air into the tube. It worked !!! I e-mailed their cust. serv.,they never heard of that solution. Their cust. serv. was quick to respond. After installing tube on gun and putting brace on gun,still not adjustable(too tight). You can move forward with a rubber mallet,but not backwards. Very disappointed."
