"Bought a small part for a rifle online. I needed it for an outing over a week away. Since I ordered it on a Saturday, it didn't ship until Mon/Tuesday... no big deal. When I looked up the tracking number, it was shipping from the next town and should be here in a day or two. Two days later, it is still in the same place. Tracking said the shipment was received at the post office, but the item wasn't in the shipment. I called OP customer service to find out what to do. After being on hold an excruciatingly long time, the agent was of no real help and asked for time to investigate and would Coll me back Monday! This is one day before I need it! I told him to cancel the order and that since I had not received it, to deal with the post office and to return my funds back to my credit card. After another couple of days and still no return of funds, I contacted my credit card company and informed them of what happened. They happily reaccredited my account immediately. Meanwhile, the tracking info still shows it in limbo at the post office. Additionally, I contacted OP customer service by email with updates to the issue and all I received back were canned email responses. Eventually I received a notification by the post office that the package was to be delivered... it was refused and sent back to the sender. Thankfully, I placed an order with Amazon and received the part the next day, just before my event... and it was even a better price. Summary, They don't call you back, they don't address your issues and they don't care if you get the item or not."

"Buying was easy enough, Price was good, shipping was fast. But the item arrived damaged. I emailed customer service and they got back to me with in two days. I explained the damage and sent photos of the damage to the box prior to opening and after showing damage to the tool. I offered to accept an adjusted instead of returning and replace it they offered 5% with I felt low so I countered 10% they said they could only do 5%. since the tool weighs over 70 lbs and they would have saved the return cost and having a damaged tool to sell I figure 10% was fair. But $14 was not going to break me I took their offer since i was not in the mood to repackage and return it. I guess they figure I did want to go through that either so they only offered 5%. "
