"The Elite Covert bag is excellent in every respect, including that it is made in the USA. The only issue I had was that the Optic Planet description does not mention that a 3 magazine 9mm pouch was included, so I called their customer service department. They said no mag pouch was included, so I ordered one for around $30.00. Bag arrives and I was surprised to see one was included in the bag purchase. Now I have the $30.00 second pouch for spare mags. I suggest they modify their description to state that a mag pouch is included. Not a huge detail, but worth mentioning in my opinion."

"Shipping was quick from the vendor but there is where things went a bit south or should I say East. This order left the vendor and went to the Chicago mail center. It was forwarded from there to Rochester, New York, some 1200 miles and three days one way. After a journey of 2400 miles out of the direct route from Chicago,IL to St. Louis,MO, I finally received my order, It should be noted this is NOT the problem of Optics Planet but some kind of screw-up with the Postal Service. It did cause a delay of six days in transit time. I do like the product and would recommend them without question. "
