"I received the wrong part. I called and got an rma number to return the part and shipped it back the same day. I was told they would need to get the part back before they would ship the part I ordered. It has been 3 weeks and I do not have my part. I called and they said the reason It has not shipped is because I owe them $2.50 for the part. Yes the one I Paid for already. The lady on the phone had no idea that this was wrong. I had to get a manager to explain to her that if someone has already paid for something then they do not owe you for it. I then spoke to the manager to try have them explain to me why this happened. He could care less. I was told as a courtesy they will ship it 3-5 day at no charge. Well Mr. I have a hard time thinking this was a favor. If you put the right parts in the box the first time. We would not need to be having this conversation. standard shipping is not a favor. Next day is the right thing to do. Just a thought. I am now two days from that call and have yet to get an email the part has shipped. I will certainly not be buying from them any further. I can not believe they treat people like crap for their company error. Thanks for holding up my project for a month and then treating me like I am the problem the 4 times I have called. "

"Overall customer service was decent. I see why they offer free 2-day shipping as one of the main promos on some items, because the standard shipping is probably the slowest I've seen in a very long time. I opted for the standard free shipping (maybe that was my problem) because I had a 20% off code and they don't allow the use of more than one code. I thought, "no big deal, this is 2019 and normal shipping speed is typically fine" That was on a Wednesday........I did not receive my order until Thursday of the next week. I was annoyed, but just glad to have my red dot. After I opened the box I noticed a defect and called to see about an exchange. The guy was somewhat friendly and processed everything with no problems. I mentioned the incredibly slow shipping time and asked if I could get the exchanged item a little faster. He tells me, "I can do 3-day shipping." I thought that would be fine, until 11 days later when I finally received the second item. All-in-all, the experience was ok, OP will probably lose my business if the deal I come across has to have free standard shipping, but other than that I would buy from them again. IT'S 2019 anything more than 3-5 business days is unacceptable, but what do I know?"

"Lots of anxiety due to this shipping method of using FedEx hand off to USPS. There could not be a slower method to ship an item, regardless of small sized items. I will think twice and probably make my purchase elsewhere next time. Why they don't use USPS for small items that will easily fit in my mailbox is beyond me and a poor choice for customer satisfaction."
