Cons: The customer service **** and not sure who they use for shipping but my packages are always delayed.
I tried to call several times after I was shipped the wrong product, (Ak47 hand guard), nobody ever answered and after being on hold for 15minutes it gives you an option to leave a message and someone will call you back. Well nobody ever calls back. Only way I got a response was through email.
The other issue that I have experienced on most of my orders is that after ordering my items I receive an email saying my order has shipped and will be delivered on a certain date. Then, when the date comes it tells me it is out for delivery, will be delivered by end of day. Well several of my packages were not delivered and the next day I would receive an email saying my order is delayed. The new delivery date has carried from a few days to a week later. So frustrating especially when you are excited about a new item. Then they send you a big slap in the face by saying sorry for the delay, here is a 5% discount on your next order. "

"While Optics Planet does have some great prices they definitely lack in customer service. The inventory shown on the website cannot be trusted. I ordered several in stock items. Low and behold 2 were not is stock as the were shown to be. Optics Planet would not ship my other items separately. I was in need of the other items sooner than a month wait. That's how long I was told. So I cancelled the out of stock items. At that point I was told I no longer qualified for free shipping....... long and short...
