"Their printing process is grizzly and quality assurance is something of a mystery. We've had two products reprinted 4 times before done correctly. Yet we still places another order... and... well... It's "okay" but not precise. Guess this time it's a shame on me situation..."

"I paid to have the order express shipped and it arrived 4 days later than it should have. I wasted money paying for this expedited shipping and never even received a notice or explanation for what was happening with my order. Then my order arrived and was incomplete. I had ordered 10 copies of 12 separate prints. Many of the prints had more than I ordered, but one had only 8. I was planning to put these together to make calendars as Christmas gifts. I guess they'll have to be New Years gifts because of the many delays in processing my order.

Other than all those timing and delivery issues, the quality of the prints was high and the website was easy to use. I just wish I could have more confidence in the delivery process. I'll use Overnight Prints again, but only if I give them at least 30 days to sort out my order ahead of time. "

"I placed about a dozen holiday card orders with you this season. Overall I was fairly disappointed with the results. Even the premium printed ones came out very light and dull. Some had bad trim jobs and some were missing.

The turn around time and pricing is great, but I think the quality of product is lacking. And customer service is impossible!"
