"There was an error in my order which delayed shipment by over a week, which was very disappointing. However, I was refunded for my shipping costs and I was very pleased with the high quality product."
"I placed an order with an expected delivery date of 9 days after the order was placed. When I checked my order status it said it was in production. 11 days after EDD it was still in production so I emailed customer service. I never heard back. The following day I finally got a confirmation that the order shipped with an EDD of 20 days after placing the order. That's not overnight prints to me. Because of the holiday??? That's fine just let me know when I place the order. The cost was excellent though but I don't have them yet to notate on the quality. "
"Order process was easy and everything shipped quickly. My biggest complaint was some issues with the business cards themselves. I got spot gloss on my cards and on a lot of cards it was missing or the entire card was glossed. For what I paid I'm not disappointed, but about 1/3 of my cards were unusable which wasn't cool."
"I haven't received my order on time for three times. Still haven't gotten the order. I might loose this client over this. Don't know what else to say really."
"Great Product! Great Price! Great Delivery! Just wish they could do something about the shipping costs which double the price of the product. "
"I wish I ignored their Bleed warning. The pictures came out fine without it. People loved the photos."
"No problems with the ordering process, and everything was delivered as expected! Will continue to order from overnight prints in the future."
"I ordered Business Cards and was promised a shipment arrival date of December 12th. On December 11th (yes, one day before shipment date) I received an email that said my cards had shipped and would arrive on the 17th. I called Overnightprints and asked, "Why did you ship my cards standard mail rather than overnight them to meet your obligation?" The rep said, "Sorry, we've been overbooked because of our promotion." I said, "So you overbooked yourselves and now you can't perform?" Silence.
Then, the 17th arrives. Still no business cards. But I do receive an email saying my order has been refunded. I call overnightprints and say, "So, did you refund my business cards because you screwed up the first time, or did you just not ship them?" They said, "It looks like they were never shipped." I said, "So you sent me an email saying my product shipped, but it really hadn't shipped?" Silence. I say, "You know you screwed me twice on this, and now I'm going to have to do an urgent print at a local shop and get skewered on price. Are you going to do anything about that?" They say, "There's nothing we can do." I say, "what about a future discount, if I choose to use this god forsaken company again?" They say, "Well, uh, hmmm...I just...well see..." I hung up the phone.
One of the WORST experiences with a company I have ever had. "
"Overnight Prints is now my go-to place for quick, cheap, and good quality prints. Their site is easy to use. Their pricing is fairly straightforward. They've reprinted an entire order free for me before for a minor error on their part. Overnight Prints is a very good place to do business with."
"The cards were not properly cut. But the quality of the print was pretty good."
"Due to the holiday rush, we received someone else's order. Overnight Prints sent a new batch of cards right away and refunded the overnight shipping charge, but our project was delayed."
"The logo had artifacts all around it and I uploaded a high quality image. The card was cut horrible. Sometimes the border was off and the solid grey background provided by the template builder was really grainy. I can't use these cards."
"They have options that VistaPrint doesn't have, and great quality!"
"I am still waiting on an order of holiday cards that were shipped and are still not here yet. They were supposed to arrive on 12 December.
Order number: 72706003 - which is different from this one."
"Extremely well priced; templates were very easy to use once I figured them out.
Suggestion: layout your business cards on a word or other template so that you know what point size to make your text."
