Poor quality prints and below average customer service

"The price is cheap and the shipping is fast; unfortunately, the print quality of the business cards were poor and the communication efforts of their customer service team is slow. On average, it took over 48 hours to get a response. And it took over a week to get a solution to my complaint of poor quality prints. In the end, they gave me a full credit to spend on additional products. This is better than nothing, but I'm worried that the print quality on the new products will be just as bad and therefore a waste of money. "

Great service, fast delivery

"There was a problem with my art. Since it was a reorder, I didn't understand why there would be a problem. I called Overnight Prints, explained my concern, and they explained why the problem had occurred, they corrected the file, sent me the corrected file so I could correct my art, and delivered 1 business day ahead of time. Remarkable customer service."

Dont cut corners on quality.

"I did LOVE the live help they were outstanding and understanding very quick to answer all my questions. The only proble I had was I ordered for the corners to be round and some were 1/2 cut and some were note even cut the ones I ordered in the past with round corners were GREAT don't know what happened this time.

Poorly trimmed, inadequate response to my complaint

"My postcards were trimmed in a way that made the front image unacceptably off-center, with one side trimmed right up to the safe zone, and the other side appearing not to have been trimmed at all. When I complained and asked for a reprint or a refund, I was asked for a photo of the postcards, which I provided within 8 hours. Two-and-a-half days later, I am still waiting for a response to my request for a reprint or a refund."

Horrible quality

"Fast shipping but the quality of the cards was bad. The text color were different shades throughout the card despite all text using the same color text. Then half of the cards were not cut correctly and ended up with white edges of the print was not squared to the card. Overall, don't think I'll buy again from this site."

Bait and switch

"I ordered some booklets from Overnight Prints yesterday before their published cut-off time for delivery today. This morning, the status still shows "in production"; live chat confirmed that they've not been shipped, won't be here today. I asked to cancel: apparently not possible because customer service is in a different state to production. I've still not got a firm delivery date; I have a vague promise to "compensate the shipping" after the order's delivered. Which, from other reviews on here, will either not happen or be like pulling teeth.

Simple bait and switch: offer something you can't deliver at an attractive price, then refuse to cancel orders when the customer complains.

Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Slow & unresponsive

"We waited over 4 weeks and never received our 50 business cards. Multiple attempts at contacting their phone or live chat customer service we met with hold times of over 45 minutes. 45 minutes for live chat hold time - crazy! When I finally did reach someone, they said they would "reach out to the production facility and get back to me by email".... I would never hear from them again. Last time I'll ever order from them."

Long time customer ... not anymore

"I have been ordering from overnight prints for over 10 years and have always been extremely happy. I must have fallen through the cracks this time... which I get happens.. but their customer service afterwards was awful. I still have not received my order and no one knows an eta because I was just told that they had a machine error. I have called and done the chat support... neither have been helpful. I am beyond frustrated. "

"Overnight" Prints is a joke

"Placed my order on 2/03/17, with a delivery date of 2/23. I inquired about the status on 2/28 and got a generic "We apologize for the delay...sorry for the inconvenience...your order will be delivered shortly." A week later, no changes at all to the status of my order. Over a month and no changes??? These cards were for my BUSINESS, that were needed by a certain date for marketing purposes. I had ordered from them once before, and they shipped my sturdy cards in a bubble mailer with no other packaging. Of course some of the corners arrived dog-eared or dented. If you need your prints "overnight," Overnight Prints is anything but, and completely unreliable."
