Overnightprints.com did not deliver or complete on schedule.

"I understand an estimated delivery is not always guaranteed but to not even start production until after the delivery date is not fair to the customer. I had trouble contacting customer service and the problem was resolve,d but too late for the need of the prints. Please do not use overnight prints you will not be happy with their service or competence. "

"I was very dissatisfied with my business cards, as the colored borders were all different widths. When I asked the company to do them over at their expense, they refused and simply offered me a refund on the $7.00 + shipping charge. I will not be using this company again."

LATE shipment

"I was charged for a certain delivery date and it was delivered after the weekend when promised on friday bofore. I am very disappointed that I would pay more for expedited shipping and charged according to the delivery date but then have the package arrive after the promised delivery date. I feel like I was taken advantage of. I received ro reply when I tried to contact overnight prints regarding my job also. Its too bad as the print job is fine but being delivered late was not appreciated as I was supposed to be selling the prints at a show. Had I known I would have paid even more for delivery but I was sure the chrges I paid would have arrived at the time promised."

Poor online design software and no chat reps available

"I worked on designing cards and postcards for over a week with no save feature to save design when their software crashed repeatedly. I emailed customer service with no response still weeks later and their chat was never available any day of the week. I tried several times. I finally had to design it myself in Photoshop and upload design after hours wasted and the order even though in CMYK was off in color. "

"I even paid extra to have them do review before delivery, how could they have missed that the logo is upside down and not on the outside of the folder?! Talk about a moronic mistake is gross amounts!"
