"First of all, I never write negative reviews. I'm a graphic designer, and I just needed a company to print and mail Save the Dates for my wedding. When my guests received them, there were strange streaks and smudges all over the front. After multiple attempts to contact customer service, I was offered an $8.44 store credit, which is fairly insulting (the smudges were blamed on the postal service, but it is obvious the error happened on the print side). Additionally, I have spoken with several guests who never received a card at all. I cannot say that I will ever use this company again."

The online help services weren't able to figure out what was wrong either so I ended up having to make each page in Microsoft word and upload it, hoping everything ended up in the right spots. Other than that, the price, quality, and friendliness of staff was great. "

"I took a chance using this company being new to them. Luckily, I decided to place a small order of letterhead instead of our usually full amount. I got the letterhead and our logo was literally placed a hairline from the edge of paper, making it look unprofessional and placed way too far up on the page. I chatted with a representative extensively before placing the order trying to make sure it would be ordered correctly. When I spoke to a chat representative about being unhappy with the order. They told me to send a few pictures of 10-15 pages of the letterhead - I never heard back from the after sending the e-mail. I reached out to them today via chat to see if they had received the pictures and was told I could not have them reprinted. Waste of money and time. Not using this company again. "

"Ordered an order and paid for rush delivery on 6/10, confirmed delivery for 6/16 - tracked product, on 6/16, delivery date was changed to 6/20. Overnight prints explained the order was printed in a different facility and this is why the delivery date was not met. The prints were for a conference on 6/18 - missed delivery. Recommend not using service if you need the product on the date when promised."
