"Sunday night... shopped around for custom poster printing. Overnight had best price by far. Had some questions... online chat was very helpful, so placed the order. Monday morning job was run and shipped that afternoon. Didn't pay for express shipping, but still received the posters 2 days later. Quality was excellent... could not have been better. I'm surprised at the negative reviews for this company... from my experience they got everything right - quality, price and especially, customer service!"
"I have been ordering from OP since 2006, most recently their booklets. I paid extra for 100 lb. paper, as I have in previous orders, and I paid for expedited shipping so it would be here in time for an event. The product I received was NOT printed on 100 lb paper, but something far cheaper and inferior. For the last two weeks, I have been sending images, as requested by their customer service dept. I have sent all angles, multiple pieces, side-by-side with the previous order, etc. Today they told me that I have to mail them 3 samples so they can see them in person! Not only do I not have TIME for this, but they refused to give me a pre-paid shipping label and said it would be a "minor cost" on my part. Excuse me, but I shouldn't have to spend more time and money to get THEIR mistake handled, especially after a two week run-around.
I have sent them in via USPS Priority and called this week (a month after receiving my defective product), and they said they never got it (even though my tracking number proves they have) and I would have to send them in again!! AGAIN!?
They refuse to re-print or refund these and are therefore going to lose all of my future business. I am shocked that a company would choose to treat any customer like this, especially on that has been with them for 14 years...
They have only offered empty apologies and have cost me more inconveniences, and my small business MORE MONEY! Bottom line: what I got is not what I paid for and I shouldn't have to jump through hoops for weeks on end and spend more money to get what I ordered. I am left disgusted and ifuriated."

"Ordered some prints for an event that came up unexpectedly and paid $50+ Expedited shipping to ensure it would arrive in time. It arrived 2 days after the event and 3 days after they had told us it would. There solution was to refund $7 in ‘shipping cost’. Prints were useless at that point. Gave them another chance and the exact same occurrence happened. With more run around and false phone holds, supervisors are always in a ‘meeting’. I do not advise you order from this company as we have wasted more than $500.00 by now on expensive fire kindling, this company is smoke and mirrors and certainly not overnight(over week)."
"80% of my order of business cards are not cut correctly and have a white border on the one side..In addition to that I had the corners oval cut and a lot of those cuts are just plane bad, more like a 45 degree cut.. To add insult to injury the the cards were not shipped on time.. I ordered on a Mon, paid extra to get on Thursday.. By wed it was obvious they were not going to get sent out on time so I upgraded shipping again with them to try and get them by Friday.. in the end I got them too late on Saturday when I already at the art show I needed them for.. Dealing with this company has been a pretty horrible experience.. When I inquired about shipping concerns the week of the order I was blown off and at other times just ignored. In the end it just seems like they don't care. Please spend no money with these people. Look elseware."
"Not overnight, not great quality
It seems like when you order from a company called OVERNIGHT prints and then pay for expedited shipping, said item would arrive overnight. However, that was not my experience with Overnight Prints.
First, I got a message that my order was delayed. I spent all day emailing, using chat and even Twitter to find out how long it was delayed so I could figure out if I needed to make alternate arrangements. I got no answer until an automated message in the middle of the night that my order had shipped.
When it arrived, the cards I ordered did not have the envelopes I ordered, so they are essentially useless.
I was promised new envelopes would be shipped. It's been a full week since I placed my order and I'm still waiting.
Customer service is only willing to refund shipping, even though the entire order is useless when it's this late and has no @#$ envelopes. I'm astounded at what a poor experience this was, I will never use this company again and will loudly advise everyone I encounter against it."
"After being on the phone for at least 3 hours, I got 3 incorrect order shipped to my home- 2 of the orders had the correct words YET no graphics on the business card. The third order was a nice wood workers card from North Carolina( I live in Michigan). I had to photograph everything and e-mail it to them again and again. AND NOW they want to to pay the shipping the junk back to them- I laughed at this proposal!"
"Like others have said, horrible quality on business cards and horrible service. No response to emails. Give you the run around on their chat. Just save yourself and use someone else."
"Never use this company! I ordered flyers from them, making sure I was well within the print lines so the flyer would fit perfectly -the online proof showed it correctly. When they arrived they were unusable as the pictures on the bottom were cut off. Customer service was no help in resolving this issue. I reported them to the BBB. I received a hostile and bullying phone call from a man from Overnight Prints threatening to write bad reviews about my business! What an awful experience! "
"I sent them professionally-created business card artwork and they sent me horrible business cards back. Crooked cuts along the bottom, massive white space along one side. After sending pictures three times they ignored me. I did a live chat and they blamed the artwork. The art was done by a national company that does this for a living, and I've been buying cards for decades, the artwork was perfect. They simply lied to try and get out of it.

"I was not expecting premium quality at this price, but I have never seen business cards these bad and I have used many local and online services. Colors were off, ghosting in letters, die cuts are terrible. You could hurt a person with these. No response to complaint by emails either."
"GARBAGE
I've been ordering from them for over 10 years and the quality of their products and service has gone from great to garbage! Today I received an order that included business cards and stickers. The stickers are completely useless, some cut off at the top, some cut off at the bottom, some off center to the left and others off center to the right, but after wasting 40 minutes on their staticky "VIP" line, according to them it's a problem with my file. Ummm, if my file was wrong, then they would be cut off in the same place on every sticker!
The business cards have scratches and smudges all over them. Complete waste of time and money and would never ever recommend using them for any project. I surely will never be placing another order with them! "
"Avoid at all costs. They contradict themselves, they are unhelpful, they will not guarantee delivery date and not stand behind their products at ALL.
I ordered basic notepads and paid for super rush shipping. They estimated a delivery date of 4 days to print and overnight. Seven days pass and the item is still "in production". I reached out to customer service and they had no information but promised to get back to me. (never did)
Days pass and I reach out again. At this point the item will not arrive in time for my event. It is still "in production" almost two weeks after ordered. Again custom service can't tell me anything.
I asked to cancel the order since it has not been printed yet but they refuse. They offer to refund my shipping cost and then NOT ship the item that I will still have to pay for. What??? They offer to upgrade shipping "for free" but I have already paid for the fastest shipping so there is nothing to upgrade or refund. I can only wait and hope to receive them.
Their refund page says that refunds will be on a case by case basis. Unfortunately there are hidden "terms of service" that say something crazy: They are not responsible for any delays. They do not guarantee product delivery. They do not promise to meet your requirements. They may ship from an international location based on their discretion (what??) and you are responsible for import taxes and customs. They might send you less than what you ordered and will allow store credit if that happens. If something is damaged in transit, you are required to pay to return the damaged goods. It goes on and on like this, allowing Overnight Prints to take ZERO responsibility for anything at all.
Compare that to their "refund policy" page and you can imagine I was shocked that they were willing to do absolutely nothing to help. I still don't even know if I will receive my seventy dollars NOTEPADS but they refuse to refund my very high shipping fee or refund me for my order and they can't say when I will ever receive it! Just wow..."
"We ordered a large number of business cards and never received them. We contacted the company and their response was basically "Tough luck- we shipped them". This will be the last time we use them. Back to Vista Print. "
"I ordered 2000 business cards on October 23rd 2019 and I received on 28th October. All those cards was very badly printed.
Color was not correct. It was too light to read. I was told to send photos of those cards via email and I was ignored. I even sent a photo of two cards for them to compare one was the bad print from Overnight Prints and the other one was from Vista Print . . of course, I used same color and I chose same paper. Overnight prints is HORRIBLE!"
