Just don’t do it.

"I ordered my wedding invitations from overnight prints. They were pretty simple post cards that we just wanted to throw in the mail. We purchased 100 and they arrived 2-3 days later. 50 of them came out beautifully and 50 were cut 1 cm shorter than the post card size, which in turn cut off a few of the words. When making the post card, they made it very clear where the boundaries are and I was careful to stay in these. I also paid in additional fee to have these personally checked before printing. It was not an error with the template, they literally just cut an extra cm off the card. I reached out to have these printed specifying it was a time sensitive manner. I didn’t hear back in 48 hours so called on the phone. I was on hold 46 minutes before speaking to someone. I sent in pictures and they agreed that it was their error and would reprint. I again indicated this was time sensitive and was told they would arrive by Wednesday. On weds i got a tracking email that had them arriving on Friday by 7 pm. This was already later than I had wished considering I was leaving for vacation the following morning at 5:30 am and wanted them done before leaving. They never came and in fact were delivered the following Tuesday. I think. I’m still on vacation so haven’t seen if they’re even if good quality this time. I called for a partial refund only wanting to pay for the first 50 that arrived without defect and they refused. They offered to refund me the shipping cost for the second set of invites which was $2.

This place isn’t worth it. Horrible software when trying to make the item in the first place. Horrible customer service. I also waited on hold 46 and 38 min respectively. And they do not provide quality work that they stand behind. Save yourself the headache

CERTAINLY NOT OVERNIGHT

"Placed an order and after noticing that the status had not changed I called to check on my order. I was told they had an equipment problem and they could not confirm when I was going to get my shipment. I explained that I paid extra for "overnight" service and they said I would have to call back to get a shipping credit when my order arrives!? I cancelled my order. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!"

Absolutely terrible Customer Service!

"First off, they should change their name from Overnight Prints to "We Don't Care About Your Prints".

Went with this company for the sole reason of getting my printing done quickly. Placed an order Sunday night to receive the order by Weds (I event upgraded this shipping to ensure on-time delivery. A week and a half later, it still shows as "In Production" when I asked for a refund, it magically has gone to print.

Their customer service is absolutely terrible and cannot deal with tough questions: Why has my order been stuck "In Production"? or Why am I being charged more to change the shipping address? (This relates to my event in Vegas, which a week later I don't need shipped there. So now I want it delivered to my house.) At this point, they should eat those additional shipping costs for failing to live up to their business name.

But no, when the questions get "tough" they cut connection from the chat—twice!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. THEY DO NOT LIVE UP TO THEIR MISSION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF IS ABSOLUTE TRASH TAKING FOREVER TO RESPOND AND NOT KNOWING WHAT TO DO TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT.

TOTAL NIGHTMARE!

"I've ordered from Overnight Prints in the past and enjoyed their products and service. However, I recently placed an order and then received someone else's. Because the order was delivered 5 days before my estimated delivery date (with no indication that my order was ready to ship or out for delivery) AND arrived in an envelope with no sender information or a packing slip inside, I had no idea what it was that I had received or why I got it and threw it in the trash (I kind of thought it may have been samples from another printing supply company but I hadn't requested any). Today (13 days after placing my order), I went to check the status and it said it had been delivered 9 days ago. I realized then that they must have meant the weird pack of stickers I had received for someone's moving or storage business. Mistakes happen but now they won't refund me (less than $30, btw) unless I send pics of the incorrect order received and the packaging. I tried explaining over the chat that none of this made any sense and it wasn't my error so they can dig through the landfill to find it. In the meantime, I'll be posting my honest review everywhere I can and heading over to etsy, where I should have gone in the first place. I am also disputing the charge with my credit card."

This company is a DISASTER.

"They used to be really good but I assume they got bought out, Overnight Prints in now a total disaster. They botched my last printing job really badly. I emailed and sent pictures of the cards and of the graphics I submitted so the person could see what they were supposed to look like. When I'd gotten no response almost a week later, I emailed again. It didn't help. I did live chat and the person took a long time but found my emails but he couldn't do anything. They finally emailed back and told me to send more pictures showing at least 10% of the 500 cards in one pic. Not easy but I did and the picture was perfectly clear. A couple days later they emailed back and said the picture wasn't clear and to send more. I've also done 2 more live chats and sent a couple more emails. At this point it is just a scam run-around. I'm having to take this fraud up with my credit card company.

O.P. Please don't respond to this public review with some BS about how you're sorry and want to make it right, unless you're actually going to. You've been asked a LOT and sent a LOT of documentation, and you've made it clear that you do not care.

They don't deserve 1 star! RIPOFF BAIT AND SWITCH! STAY AWAY!

"An absolute RIPOFF! Prior to placing order I called and explained that I would need these cards no later than Friday April 1 2021. I was assured that once I paid the UPGRADED and RIDICULOUS shipping fees that I would receive on time. After I placed my order, I called back, spoke to the same woman, gave her my order number and explained that if I could not have the cards by Friday they would be no good to me and gave her the opportunity to cancel my order, one more I was assured that I would have the cards TODAY, April 2nd 2021.
I did notb get my order, system show "in production" Called again today and after waiting on hold for 47 minutes I was told that Friday was an estimated date! The WORST Online experience that I can remember!

Una estafa. Ofrecen un descuento como gancho que cuando llegas a la caja te dice que no es válido y te sube el precio

"Me invitaba a darme de alta a cambio de que en el primer envío los gastos fueran gratis y entrega en 24hs. Envío mis datos con ese fin,recibo un mail con un link donde tengo que clicar y al realizarlo me confirma que el código de descuento está activado. Realizo la gestión para la compra y cuando voy a realizar el pago me dice que el cupón que active hace un momento está caducado ( fue en la misma tarde además el mail no dice nada sobre un plazo de tiempo) y me sube el importe y el tiempo de envío. Me siento estafada y que he perdido el tiempo en su web."

What all these other people said...

"Buyer beware. I've used Overnight prints for about 7 years both professionally and personally. Their quality, speed and price has always been fair but my last several orders have been a waste of time and money. My latest order was running so late I asked them to not bother shipping it as I couldn't use it anymore. They almost immediately created a shipping label and told me it had shipped but UPS didn't receive it for 2 more days and it doesn't appear to be expedited shipping even though I paid almost $20 extra in shipping (on an $8 order) to ensure I received it in time. I understand if they have a lot of orders but they're still taking people's money with the understanding they're likely to get their orders quickly. They don't even seem to be using the extra shipping cost towards expedited shipping which is incredibly dishonest. Maybe ownership changed? as they now seem to be in the business of upcharging and not delivering. ... and for those reasons, I'm out."

LATE DELIVERY. INFERIOR PRINTING. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

"People, please do yourself a favor and pass on this company. The quality is substandard. If you have problem with your order, they will have you jump through hoops to pry loose an adjustment. Expect the order to be late. Mine arrived 5 days late. Expect hour long waits to reach a person in customer service (in a foreign country) that can resolve nothing for you. "

Check the BBB. Worst printers ever.

"Worst print provider I’ve seen in over 35 years of professional art direction and print design.
Zero production answers, non delivery, and non existent customer service. 3 weeks and counting for a small, simple job. I’ve requested a refund and cancellation but was refused. Beware, I can only assume this is a cut rate print broker who holds no weight with actual production.

This merchant does not live up to its' name. BUYER BEWARE!

"Ordered cards a week ago, was promised delivery by the 4th day when paying for shipping. The order didn't ship until the 4th day and was expected to arrive on the 5th day. Now 7 days later, UPS claims the label came off and is undeliverable. The merchant refuses to refund my order and only offered to modify the shipping cost. I don't need the prints now, as they were for a specific event tomorrow. I'll be filing a chargeback and warn others not to take a risk with any rush order printing needs. This merchant does not live up to its' name. BUYER BEWARE!"

OVERNIGHT IS A LIE. GROSSLY MISSED DATE THOUGH I PAID $38 FOR EXPEDITED SERVICE. NO REFUND

"OVERNIGHT is a lie. Do not do business with these people if you don't have many days to wait. DO NOT PAY FOR PREMIUM SHIPPING as they will claim that shipping dates are only estimates. THEY REFUSE REFUNDING WHEN THEY DON'T MEET THEIR PROMISED DELIVERY DATES.

I needed one-off business cards for an event on a Thursday, so I searched for an online service and placed my order on Monday morning, a full 4 days before I needed my cards. Overnight Prints showed up first on Google, they had a great website that was easy to use. When you place the order, they have several options for shipping that indicate which date you want your cards to arrive. There's even a calendar with the day highlighted. As I needed the cards by Thursday evening, I selected the grossly-expensive, $38 option that said I would receive them early Wednesday.

On the OvernightPrints website, the order status indicated "In Production" on Monday morning. Very late on Tuesday night, I received an email from OvernightPrints that said my order had been "delayed." I checked the online status, and it still indicated "In Production." I called their Customer Support line as soon as it opened on Wednesday morning. The customer support rep had a difficult time communicating in English (I don't speak any other languages).

The Customer Support rep said that my order was "In Production." When I told her I could see that status online and that I was calling to get further details, she said she couldn't give any additional information other than the same status I could see online. I ordered Monday, paid a $38 premium for a Wednesday delivery, and the cards were still "In Production" on Wednesday morning, 2 days after submitting my order.

I asked for OvernightPrints to cancel my order and for a refund, and she said that they will not refund my money as ANY SHIPPING DATES AND ARRIVAL DATES ARE ESTIMATES ONLY. Well, that's not what the website leads you to believe with their big calendars and specific delivery dates in large, bold fonts as you select how much you're willing to spend. She further told me that I can expect shipment of my order in 2 to 3 days.

I ORDERED MONDAY MORNING, OVERNIGHTPRINTS INDICATED THEY WOULD HAVE MY ORDER SHIPPED ON TUESDAY FOR A WEDNESDAY DELIVERY, AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE REP SAID THEY "SHOULD BE SHIPPED" BY SATURDAY.

I should have gone to Staples or FEDEX Kinkos, but the beauty of the OvernightPrints website and their promised delivery dates made me do something stupid: ordering from them and counting on them to deliver a one-off card for an important business conference.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY DO NOT DELIVER, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE CANNOT PROVIDE STATUS, THEY WILL NOT REFUND WHEN THEY GROSSLY MISS THEIR PROMISED DELIVERY DATE.

I paid around $80 for simple business cards to be rushed to me (as they promised they do). I now have to spend several hours on the day before an important conference chasing down cards locally instead of final preparations for my presentations.

I can't speak to the quality of the cards as I'll not see them until days after I return from the business trip I needed them for.

Don't get fooled by their professional website and their promises in large, bold font.

"Website was easy to use and on time delivery. Product did not match the proof and attempting to rectify the problem has been thus far, impossible and absolutely not worth the time and/or aggravation. Truly get what you pay for....garbage! Don't use this company.

Worst customer service ever

"I ordered my business cards from them 2 weeks ago still haven't received it. I tried calling them asking for a refund and they simply replied NO because my order is stuck in transit. They keep saying the management will get back to me and they never did. I am stuck right now and can't even get my refund. Worst customer service I have ever seen in my life and will never order it from again."
