"This was my first time ordering from Overstock.com and I must say that I am very impressed. I ordered a set of Serta Memory Foam Contour Pillows. I used a coupon for extra savings. Ground Shipping with UPS was free. I received my package 2 days later on the 12th. Now that is awesome service. I am more than happy to order from them again. Thank you Overstock for such great service for a first time customer. "

"Overstock prices are competitive. They shipped without a signature requirement. I ordered Cuisinart and Krupps coffeemakers at lower prices than in-store in my area. Both work great... Update: Krupps drip while pouring - they suck. Cuisinart rules - worth the price."

"I'm not sure Overstock is the reason Bing cashback did not honor the rebates. I ordered magazines from another online retailer that Bing promised 50% back. When it was time to pay I got an email saying I had cancelled the mags but I had been getting them regularly. I was not about to get cheated out of that 50% so I started the emails to Bing. Only when I said I would contact higher ups about the issue did I get my money."

"Misleading description about Zentro Leather Convertible Sofa (overstock description:Wood, Metal, Leather). The sofa is made of faux leather, low quality vinyl ( brown color). Customer service not professional and inconsistent - manager over the phone promised to send another item because supposedly we received the incorrect sofa, then e-mail was set that item was correct and to return it we suppose to pay 250 $. Definitely not worth 600$- get a regular futon at walmart for the same quality but at 200$."

"I ordered a very expensive bedroom set from them sight unseen because they had great reviews. The process listed 4-6 weeks for shipping and they definitely waited as long as they could to ship it. Still the price was good and when I placed the order I had not spent the $20 for a Club O membership which would have given me about $120 off on the order. I contacted customer service after I had signed up for club O and they were happy to give me a store credit for the balance I would have saved from having a Club O membership. Overall great service, slow shipping on large items, but decent selection and prices. Also I should point out the bedroom set was nicer than I could have imagined and the White Glove delivery, though slow brought everything in and set it up with a friendly attitude."

"As you will see with most reviews. Slowest shipping of any website I have ever bought from. Not to mention the fact they tried to screw me out of $56.06 in cash back from Bing. I hope you don't have any problems with your order because their customer support is garbage. They act like they want to help you, but then send you an email accusing you of their problem being YOUR problem. This is a garbage company and I will stick to Amazon...where they have real customer service."

"Do not buy from these people! They screwed over so many people on the final days of Bing.com. They owed me $405 cash back and cancelled my cashback for no valid reason! As far as I can tell by reading the forums they did this to thousands of other people! This company can not be trusted and the return policy is terrible. You can find much better prices if you shop around. This company can't be trusted. You have been warned!"

"Stay away from overstock, they will screw you wiht any possible excuse they can think of. Like others mentioned, I also got caught in their bait and switch scam where they advertised cashback through their affiliate Bing.com and then denied the cashback when item is delivered/opened. They even put a big banner across their website to welcome all Bing shoppers at the time of promotion. At the end, this is the biggest fraud so far I have ever seen. Overstock claims the transaction is "ineligible" without any justification. I won't spend any money at Overstock.com anymore, and neither will my family and friends."

"Overstock.com is the worst online retailer. They scam their customers by promising big cash-backs and then they lie to deny the cashback--they promised and confirmed that I receive $46.5 back for my purchase then once the item arrived they claimed that I am ineligible for the cashback because I returned the item (that was a lie) then when I contacted their customer support they change their story claiming that I used a coupon (which would invalidate the cashback--that was their another lie--I did not use any coupons); after that they change their story again stating that I used affiliate web page to do the purchase--another lie--I used bing.com as always when purchasing with cashback. I filled a dispute with my credit card company, I am going to notify my local new and BBB abut this fraud. Great job Overstock.com screwing your customers--I promise you will have all publicity you deserved for this rant."

"Terrible company to work with. I was one of those that got caught in their bait and switch scam where they advertised cashback through their affiliate Bing.com and then denied the cashback. They have made up multiple stories to justify this fraud. Their customer service is next to useless. I won't be doing business with them any more, and neither will me family and friends."
