"Not sure why they list a customer service phone number, no one answers the phone or returns messages. Only contact I have made is through email and it takes there customer service a week to respond. When they do respond it's as if a simple question about an order is a major inconvenience to them. Poor communication!

"We ordered a New York Pool table and a breaking cue. We are extremely happy with both. The people Who installed the table were outstanding. My only problem is I had issues with the cues sent with the table, which I was on chat with Ozone and also talked to James by phone, which both indicated they would replace 3 of the cues. I have sent 2-3 emails concerning this situation, and so far, Ozone has not responded to me. As a customer, I would think I should get a response. That is why I did not give you a 5 star."

"My husband has wanted a pool cue for some time now. I was happy to find Ozone does engraving and embroidery. The cue arrived quickly and was delivered two days early. The excitement of the pool cue arriving came to a halt after I opened the box. The cue was sticking out of the case which I paid extra for embroidery. The cue was too tall for the case and there was no way to zip the case. Bummer because Christmas is less than a week away. Customer Service was closed by the time it arrived so I sent an email. There was no reply by Friday. So, I started a chat. I’m at work trying to chat on my lunch break which is only 30 minutes. Carmen was the chat agent. This was the slowest chat I have EVER been in. She asked me for my order number which I didn’t have access to at the time. So I have her my name. Seriously, it took her 5 or more minutes to respond after each question. Then... she disconnected the chat 3 times and NEVER resolved my issue. I called Customer Service and no one answered. So, I was left to try this again. I finally got Hailey. She was fast and efficient. She sent out a replacement case. And said it would be delivered on Christmas Eve. So we will see how that works. However, I will be going elsewhere for our billiard needs. If this was not a gift for my husband, I would have just returned it. Also, it would be nice to have more than 5 characters for embroidery and engraving."
