"I received the phones in a timely manner however I would not classify them as A stock. I also didn't receive a tether cord for the receiver to the base on one of the phones. After a short conversation with the customer service center they agreed to provide a partial refund to help compensate for any issues we had with any of the phones or receivers. There customer service went above and beyond which gives me comfort in shopping with them in the future. "
