"The company's website is well organized and laid out. Ordering was easy and understandable. They shipped on time but when I received the package they had not lined the package with filler or popcorn of any kind. All of the components ordered luckily were in good shape. One of the components ordered was the wrong type. I ordered a Simpletech Secure Digital 128 Mb storage card for a digital camera. They sent me a Simpletech Compact Flash 128 Mb storage card. I called them and the technician was friendly and understanding and sent an order for replacement. 3 days later I called to follow up and they had not shipped it it!! I don't think I will buy from them again.

He also said he overnighted me a 256 mb card to replace the 128 mb card I was supposed to get. He is going to eat the cost of that as well! Way above the call of duty there.
