"I purchased a CP1500AVRLCD UPS from PCNation on 8/30/12 and specifically chose to purchase it from PCNation because they were offering free 3 day shipping. When my order finally shipped I noticed that it was being processed as ground shipping (I noticed this within minutes of the order being created). I immediately e-mailed them and told them that I wanted 3 day shipping. They finally e-mailed me back over a day later and told me that it was too bad and the order had already shipped ground and there was nothing I could do about it.

I am 100% certain I selected the 3 day shipping at checkout. I checked and double checked. It's obvious that they're playing bait and switch by telling you you'll get 3 day shipping and then actually shipping the item ground. I am not impressed!

After writing this review I got a response from PCNation. They told me that I'm lying and that I selected ground shipping. They said that "as a courtesy" they would give me $15 off a FUTURE order if I phone in and make the order. I don't know what the point of that is since, after having this torrid experience with them, I'm not going to be placing any future orders with them. If they really cared they should have refunded the $15 to my existing botched-up order.

After some further back-and-forth via e-mail, PCNation finally decided to credit my credit card with $15. It's a pity it took so much back-and-forth but, in the end, we finally came to a consensus. I'm going to increase their rating now based on the fact that, in the end, they did the right thing. I may now consider purchasing again from them in the future."
