"Don't buy from them. One of the worst!! Purchased $850 scanner online for my medical practice and paid with american express. I got an email next day that unless I provide a government email, I have to call their customer service before they ship the scanner. It was on a two day fed ex order since I needed it immediately. I then checked the website to track my order with the number they emailed me. My account was blank as if I had never ordered any items.
Irresponsible; careless; and not worth the $25 I was saving. I could find it cheaper at other websites but didn't want to take a chance with smaller vendors. I canceled my order and purchased it from Amazon."
