"Poor customer service and questionable purchase process. I didn't like that I had to email them from a different email account once I made my purchase online. To me, this seems like another attempt to gain/sell consumer information. While that may not be the case, I should never have to send a company an email from another address to prove my identity. It's a poor identification process and annoying to the consumer.
I called PC Nation to resolve the issue, waited for 20 minutes on the phone, then hung up. I emailed them with my issue, and asked to cancel. Without trying to resolve the issue at all, the order was canceled. Not my idea of a company that wants my business."

"No, they still haven't delivered. I ordered a scanner on March 15 from PCNation that was listed as being in stock at the time. I called three days later to ask if they had it as the order status stated they were waiting for credit card approval. I paid with my ATM card and there were ample funds in my account. The service representative said they had to look for it, but they received it in the warehouse that day. That was three days ago and the status says it's in the warehouse. It still hasn't been shipped. Items that are not in stock should clearly be marked as such. I've had good service from PCNation before and I'm very surprised and disappointed."
